I've loved working with Matt! He's been supporting and shepharding me through my HRT and weight loss peptide journey and he's been so timely, helpful, and responsive. I've loved the results I've seen so far and I've had more energy than I've had in YEARS. He has so much knowledge and has connected me with people in the company who have a lot of knowledge about WOMEN! Thanks, Matt and ATL Live Well!

I have been shocked by the lack of customer service. Unfortunately, I think whoever is answering phones and emails just has no sense of how to deal with customers at all. I shouldn't have to practically beg for them to take down my info and get back with me or to send me information about their services (I was sent a QR code image to my email that I check via my phone - when I mentioned that i can't take a picture of the qr code that's on my phone screen in a pdf, I was told to just open my email from a different computer and scan it that way). A little beyond unbelievable as there used to be really good people here. I just can't exert any more energy to try to get them to take my money for services when so many others do the same things but actually want me to be a customer! I suggest to the owner that they try calling their own business and see how it goes. Also-taking the time to reply to an email saying to open your email from a different computer to take a picture of the QR code vs just giving the link is ridiculous. You have the right to disagree. I really wanted to use your services again - unfortunately you guys just made it impossibly difficult.

I’ve had a great experience with Dr Jeff and his entire staff. They have taken so much time listening to every concern of mine and tailoring my program to meet my needs and lifestyle. I would recommend them to anyone looking to prioritize their health!

Who said fast service? More like NO service. You can not reach a Live person how is that good customer support or service? I had a consultation for a cannabis card a month ago and can't get any updates what so ever. I have NO clue what stage this is in. The doctor said I'd receive my card and would be getting calls to find out about pharmacy where I could pick up. NOTHING OF SORT HAS OCCURED! Update... Someone actually reached out to me after seeing this post and explained the situation. I give them 5 stars for the courtesy expected and 7 stars for going above and beyond to try and resolve the issue that that does not fall upon them solely.
