I am impressed with the courteously and professional that I experienced also my wait time was very short and Dr. Tanner was able to solve my medical issue in a timely manner.

This review is on the DOUGLASVILLE office and team. My TRUE rating is 4.5. From the woman at the checkin desk to Lacie Karen and Dr. Erinn Gardner I was treated with kindness care respect and empathy. Dr. Gardner listened to my history asked pertinent questions and thoroughly explained things in a way that made sense and connected dots. Her personality is professional and personable she is a great communicator. There was no time I felt rushed by her.While in the office I had a potentially serious issue after testing and was attended to with the proper care and instructions for followup. They made sure I was safe and felt well before leaving. Im glad I followed my instinct and chose this office and Dr. Gardner. SN If youre cold while waiting Karen has blankets and I was appreciativeMy only real complaint is that although I completed the new patient packet via their portal I still had a lot of paperwork to complete when I got there. All of it should be online to save time not just for the patient but for the office staff who do checkin as well.

My husband usually takes our 3 year old daughter in to see Dr. Lenchner… this last appointment I was able to meet the Dr for the first time. He is very knowledgeable in my opinion. I was comfortable with the screenings and diagnosis he provided for our daughter. Customer service and the atmosphere was pleasant. I definitely will allow our daughter to continue her treatment with Dr. Lenchner.

Dr. Lenchner is simply one of the best The Stockbridge Office Staff are always helpful and patient centered.

This was my first time seeing an allergist. My appointment was at 8 am and they were very busy but I was back in a room by 805 am. Everyone I encountered in the office was very pleasant and welcoming. My appointment was with Dr. Lenchner for an allergy test. Even though the office was very busy Dr. Lenchner and Lauren took their time to make sure I understood everything they were going to do and to make sure I was comfortable while they were doing it. Dr. Lenchner is very knowledgeable and he took the time to answer all of my questions in order to make sure I understood the results and was comfortable with my treatment plan.

Dr. Tanner didn’t necessarily address my issue. Rather he treated me like I was stupid. I came in to be treated for mold exposure. He then tested to see if I was allergic to mold and other things and then tried to treat me for asthma. My pulmonologist told me I didn’t have to be allergic to mold to get sick from it. And also confirmed I didn’t have asthma. I felt like I wasted a doctor visit and money.

I love Dr. Lenchner for my child. He takes his time and he LISTENS

My experience at this office has always been lackluster... from painful ways they administer shots not all nurses are the same to just their inability to return calls and just the culture of this entire office being non customer focused. Dont move out of state because YOU WILL NEVER GET HELP transferring your records. Ive called over and over again. Ive been promised to receive a call back 2 times. No call. Their phone system doesnt work so you are at the mercy of leaving messages that they dont check. I cant get anyone to even just fax records to the office in Dallas TX. Even the nurse at the Dallas office said they have tried to work with this office with other patients and they get the same thing... crickets. My child is in desperate need of his allergy shots and no one at this office cares. Its fundamentally unacceptable as a medical provider that they will not help my child who is suffering. I just got hung up on just now in my 5th attempt to get help.

Judy at the front desk was one of the coldest and rudest people I’ve spoken to at a doctors office. Also they require the first appt to be a consult instead of doing any work or testing. Paperwork is a nightmare
