Besides Tristan and his " I don't care that your appointment was at 11:20am and were calling you in the room at damn near 12pm attitude " and no one even saying hey we are running a little behind , but the doctor will see you shortly everything was cool. Because like I explained to the manager if I was 30 min late and didn't call to say I was late, what would've happened to my appointment? I would not have been seen I'd have to reschedule. Communication is key and once you do that then you are alright with me. It's when you don't communicate and you give me the attitude Tristan gave me is where we have an issue. Outside of that the doctor seemed cool. Ashley was great with how he worked with me. The office manager was sweet and apologized on behalf of Tristan and the wait. Hopefully I don't have to work with Tristan again and I will continue to come there to get my eyes checked on and get my frames because of Ashley. The 4 stars is for Ashley.

What an amazing place. From check in to the actual exam to the doctor's chair I was treated like royalty! So concerning about my eye health making sure I understand my full eye screening. The doctor listened as well as the staff I feel like family and I will continue to come back and bring my family as well!

As crazy as it was going on Christmas Eve, I’m so glad I did. From the front of the office to the back, everyone interacted with me and I was very comfortable. Had a great visit with my eye doctor, and I will be taking my daughter in a couple of weeks.
