The staff at this facility is trash since they were purchased. I like Dr. Kumar, but the failures of the staff is horrendous. This could be a life saving matter and they have no respect our accountability for their actions. SICKENING!

I have been calling their office for 2 weeks for an appointment. No one has the decency to return my calls. I have left 4 messages with no response given. This is terrible customer service. At this point they could have used AI to call me back to tell me that they are too busy to take my calls or make any appointments.

Love love Dr. Kumar. She very caring and very knowledgeable.

How the hell are you supposed to schedule an appointment if they don't even answer the phone? Super unprofessional.

I was previously under the care of Dr. Knowlton, until he retired, and he was a great doctor. Luckily, I was then transferred to Dr. Kumar. I've been under her care for around 6 years now, and I have nothing but great things to say about her. She is a very knowledgeable doctor who is great at communicating and building caring relationships with her patients. I feel totally blessed to have her in my corner.

Dr. Kumar is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. I wish more practitioners were like her — she takes her time and listens thoroughly during visits, answers questions with easy to understand terminology, and seems to do her best to work with lifestyle changes before resorting to medical interventions. I highly recommend Dr Kumar to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring nephrologist with an excellent bedside manner.

I have went to multiple nephrologist to find the right one and was so happy to find Dr. Kumar. She is the kind of doctor you want to have long term. She took the time to get to know me and my family background, which is so important when you have inherited pkd. She is cautious and pays attention to detail. She is also very forward thinking and strategic when it comes to managing your disease and possibly kidney transplant. Lastly, she is compassionate and she listens! I do alot of research about my disease and I try new supplements and diets. She's open minded, but pays attention to everything that I do to ensure, I'm not trying anything that can hurt me. Highly recommend her!

I’ve been going to Dr. Conlon for about four years now. The office is flexible with scheduling, easy to make appointments with. Dr. Conlon answers all my questions in detail and spends as much time as I need each appointment - whether it be 5 minutes or 20 minutes. I’ve been steadily improving since I came here, as well. I appreciate this office and their services - and especially Dr. Conlon. Thank you for your care over the years!

Dr Susan Hill is extremely compassionate and competent. I credit Dr. Hill for my continued good health despite having chronic kidney disease (CKD). Every member of her staff that I have had contact with are professional and caring.. Every call gets returned promptly..New patients take note though, getting an appointment takes an act of God.

I was referred to Dr Conlon at this location by my Emory cardiologist. When I called to make a new patient appointment, I was greeted by a combative, rude woman who was intent during the entire call on debating me as to whether or not I actually required seeing a nephrologist; suffice to say, I have never experienced something like this from a medical facility before. The woman I was speaking with eventually ended up stating that she could not see any of my patient records from Emory and that she would need to call me back; unsurprisingly she never did. Beware that awful staff is employed here.
