Thank God for Dr. Pandya. I’ve had to have two knee replacements, one was a partial, (March 2023) and the most recent was a total. (May 2025) In the case of my partial, my recovery was swift and I was back to all normal activities (including running) within a couple of months. My recovery with the total has been amazing. After two weeks I am pain free, walking up to 1.5 miles and hope to be running within 3-4 months. The staff (Vic, Karen, Sylvia and Angela) and the surgical team are all true professionals who make what can be a scary experience very comfortable. I, 100% recommend AOI for any of your orthopedic issues/needs

Dr. Pandya is a very compassionate and skilled surgeon. His bedside manner is so caring and he even called me personally after my recent surgery to check on how I was doing. Victoria (PA), Chris (surgery scheduler), and all his staff both on the clinical and surgical sides were pleasant and kind to work with. I would highly recommend Dr. Pandya and his staff if you are having any knee issues. I am hoping that after having both knees operated on within four weeks of each other, that I will regain full mobility and functionality that I have been missing for quite some time. Thank you Dr. Pandya and staff for all you have done for me. I will be recommending you!

Great doctors and wonderful staff!

Dr Pandya decided to change his billing which unfortunately will double bill me in out of pocket services. I ordered bilateral knee shots in Dec 2024. Paid in full only to show up and he wants to bill me 6 appointments instead of 3 appointments. No notification was sent out notifying any of the patients beforehand. This is shady and unfair to your patients!! Not to mention you are raking your patients over by double charging them!

NEXT DAY REVIEW EDIT (original review below): 5/5 stars for Dr. Baron The front of office team asked me to come back the next day to see a different doctor, Dr. Baron. Honestly, the office staff here is pretty great. They are kind and as accommodating as they can be. Their kindness and desire to make things right are the only reason I returned, which I debated doing. Karen in particular stood out as someone who is empathetic and deeply cares about the patient experience. After my experience today, I think my experience yesterday was due to the way the different doctors’ practices are run within the office, or however it’s set up with each doctor, as it seems patient experience varies greatly based on who you are seeing. Dr. Baron was fantastic. He was thorough, efficient, and kind. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt that the appointment was run quite effectively. All of my concerns were addressed and I felt taken care of. He has a very solution oriented approach to managing conditions. He takes the time to explain your options to you and the thinking behind them. I trust him and his recommendations for treatment and would definitely recommend him to others. ORIGINAL REVIEW: 0/5 stars DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would not trust Dr Malcolm to operate on me or to be my doctor. I would recommend you look for a different practice to address your medical concerns. I showed up at 1045 for my 11 am appointment with Dr Malcolm. I left at 1:48 pm having never once seen the doctor. My partner took time off of work to come to my appointment and had to leave after 2 hours of waiting to see the doctor. I waited another hour to no avail. The office staff made it seem like he does this all the time. If a doctor/surgeon consistently takes an hour to an hour and a half with each patient, appointment times should be scheduled accordingly. If the surgeon doesn’t want to lose money by making less appointments, then he shouldn’t take so long. I do not understand why they would book any appointment so close to the other knowing that the patient would not be seen within a reasonable window of the appointment time by the doctor. If I had continued to wait, it would have been over 3 hours after my original appointment time to actually be seen by the doctor. Incredibly disrespectful and does NOT inspire trust. How on earth could I ever trust Dr. Malcolm to manage my care if he immediately shows such little respect to me as a person by not showing up within HOURS of my appointment window?? Imagine being operated on by him and then being trapped at all post-op appointments…. What a nightmare. Stay away.

Dr. Pandya is a gifted surgeon with a fantastic bed side manor. His staff is knowledgeable, comforting, and caring. Melissa took time to explain all aspects of the surgical process from beginning to end. HUGE thank-you!

I saw Dr. Looney today for a hip and back issue I've been having. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Compared to Drs. who are 'backing out of the room in 3 minutes', he spent a good bit of time with me - assessing the 'best' treatment for me and my active lifestyle. He was recommended to me by a friend and I would definitely recommend him. His staff were all very friendly and professional - a huge plus in my book.
