List of Audrey H Nuccio's Reviews
Most of these reviews are accurate. She is a kind, interested doctor. The staff is a mess. They ignore calls and simply don't return them. Not unfriendly just incompetent at a time when you need them most.I called in three times for a xanex that was promised by the doctor for an MRI.Left messages and spoke to a real human. The xanex was ordered the day after the procedure.I wish I could continue to see the doctor but simply don't have the energy to call over and over staying on top of things. It clearly is not a priority to transmit and relay information at that office.I hope for her sake and the sake of the patients that stay that she will take these issues seriously.
Dr N is very pleasant one-on-one, but both she and her staff are TERRIBLE at follow up. On multiple occasions I have overheard staff members at the office speaking negatively about patients - loudly where anyone could hear. Lastly, while Dr N appears to be listening to you in person, if you read the Physicians Notes from your appointment? You might be surprised at how little is actually going on your file. Numerous concerning symptoms never made it to my chart. Same with complaints of medication reactions.
Poor communications, fails to reply to emails in a timely fashion. Her ability to properly diagnose and prescribe best solutions is far off the mark. Remiss at addressing reasonable questions by patient regarding a medicinal titration schedule that was never confirmed though I inquired twice. Sorry, but I will be seeking a new doctor. I can not recommend her to anyone seeking good, sound and experienced advise.
While Dr. Nuccio has an excellent bedside manner I have doubts about her competency or that of the Laureate group and nursing assistants to doctor N. I have had two incorrect prescriptions called in. My first visit and Dr. N wanted to explore brain surgery for a minor issue! Her ability to reply to emails is horrific with no good excuse. She admitted to looking at them perhaps once a week. I will be finding a different neuro. Her competency and that of her staff are too risky.
If I had it to do over I would do chose her over again. She's busy but good.
Dr. Nuccio is the best there is in Atlanta. She has saved me from myself and is a Wonderful person
Dr. Nuccio is wonderful in person, but good luck trying to reach her or her staff through the portal or by telephone. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, must be done in person, because you WILL NOT receive a response otherwise. The medical records department is the same way. Show up in person or they won't send the requested referrals and won't return your calls. Very frustrating.
I don’t know what I would do without Dr. Nuccio! She listens to every single word I say and she dug deep to find out what’s wrong with me. She is so compassionate and absolutely cares about her patients or at least she did with me! I respect her honesty and her knowledge that she presents with my case. I have to go in at least once or twice a year for follow up and when she walks thru the door she acts like she’s my best friend. Very comforting. I highly recommend her.
The office doesn't return phone calls in a prompt manner, if at all. 3 messages about a medicine side effect over 2 months received no call back. Numerous pharmacy requests over 5 days has received no response. I'm going elsewhere and recommend others should too.
3 calls left over 2 months about a medicine side effect with no return calls. Attempts to refill a prescription ignored for a week. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
