I love this spa. I go here once a week to get red light therapy treatments. The lady at the front desk is nice, and so is the tall gentleman with glasses. They have no problem honoring Groupons. I look forward to my weekly sessions.

I had the pleasure of having Ms. Caroline do my photo facial. She was awesome and personable. We talked about a few other services that I will be getting done over the next few months. My main point of this review: we talked about a small freckle that I had on my forehead. I mentioned to her that my current derm told me last year "not to worry about" and also refused to remove it. She looked at me and said I dont love the look of it and suggested I go to another dermatologist. I made the appt, got the freckle removed and tested, only thinking it was something superficial. The doctor called me two days later and told me that it was carcinoma. Obviously, I was shocked but also super grateful that Caroline pointed it out and suggested a new dermatologist. SOOO, she didn't just do my photo facial. She practically saved my face from something that could have ended badly. Forever thankful for her and will be going back to see her soon :)

Just got microneedling done on my face and neck and this is the first time I have done it with minimal discomfort! I can’t recommend Caroline Enough! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She takes the time to you make you feel completely comfortable and explains everything in detail. My results are always beautiful and natural and it never hurts when she does it! She is also a joy to be around. Go see her!

Wonderful experience at balanced today! I signed up for the monthly membership for facials, laser and B12. Carla is so sweet and very talented. I was very relaxed during my facial. Caroline is also extremely talented and knows her wellness and medical aesthetic knowledge. Can’t wait to come back!

I had a wonderful experience with Carla during my HydraFacial. She was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The space is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and beautifully designed. Each step of the service was clearly explained and felt perfectly aligned with the professionalism of the business.
