The Sandy Springs orthopedics team is incredible! They were sooo confident it instantly put me at ease and made it easy to trust them through every step…from drawing my blood for the PRP to doing the injections. Everything was smooth, professional, and caring. Andrea, Aireyana, Yovonna, Dr. Guerzon, Dr. Lane, and Dr. Hodgeson make you feel safe and genuinely cared for.

Opened late, front desk was professional and accommodating, x ray technician was direct and efficient. The orthopedic dr that saw me had an attitude as if he didn’t care. Told me he would follow up with my insurance to get MRI approved and prescribed medicine that was never sent to my pharmacy. I scheduled specially at this location because I was told Dr Barbour would be available to see me at this location that Monday, I brought it up to the young lady and didn’t get a response. Another gentleman was the one that attended me.

Thank GOD for Dr. Barbour and his whole facility. I had a full hip replacement on my left side in February of 2025 and to this day I feel like a new man back at work doing better then ever. GOD BLESS!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Barbour Ortho. I broke my radial head in a slip and fall and from the moment I reached out, Dr. Brad and the entire team treated me with such care and urgency. I slipped on a Saturday night, spent the entire night in the ER, and by Sunday morning was told it was fractured. First thing Monday morning I already had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Scott Barbour himself. This was my first broken bone, and I was in significant pain and full of anxiety. Dr. Scott immediately put me at ease. He was patient, honest, and walked me through all of my options. Based on the X-rays, he explained that surgery was not strictly required, but that operating would minimize future complications by placing pins in the elbow. I am so grateful I trusted his guidance. The surgical staff was incredible, and I especially want to recognize Dr. Phuang (sp?), the anesthesiologist. He went above and beyond—sitting with me for over 20 minutes to calm my nerves and get my pain and anxiety under control before surgery. He was so compassionate that he even delayed the team when he knew I wasn’t ready yet. That kind of patient-centered care is rare. After surgery, the follow-up was just as impressive. I received a phone call within 12 hours to check on me, answer questions, and explain the outcome. Once inside, they discovered my radial head was fractured into multiple pieces and could not be saved, so it was removed. Looking back, I am so thankful I chose surgery because those fragments would have caused serious pain and issues if left in place. From start to finish, Barbour Ortho made me feel cared for, respected, and safe. Dr. Scott Barbour and his team exceeded every expectation, and I would recommend them to anyone needing orthopedic care.

Anette the mri specialist was amazing. She was so patient and guided me each step encouraging me all the way through during the entire 2 hours. She really should be recognized! I have severe anxiety especially under an mri machine but God truly helped me as well as give Anette special Wisdom to help me as well! I tried an open mri machine at another location with another company years ago but due to my anxiety I had to pull out. God truly used Anette to guide me all the through 2 hours! Im truly thankful because this mri was definitely needed! Thank you Lord and thank you Anette!!

I don't think I can say enough about this place. The most welcoming crew in the medical industry I've ever dealt with. They actually care about your well being and choices you make in regards of surgery etc I will definitely keep using them for all medical, back and neck issues.
