The optometrist Ben Hampton at this Pearle Vision in Sandy Springs was an angry, pompous, inflexible and rude person towards me. The helpful manager Nina helped me pick out beautiful frames, but when the glasses were made, the vision in the left lens was not correct as I could not see near at all and far only if I lifted my head way up. He refused to help work out this problem and blamed it on me and so I now have to go elsewhere. I highly recommend you go elsewhere to begin with and avoid waiting at least 45 minutes past your appt time to be seen and walk away with no glasses after a month of waiting for them to be made. He wouldn't even refund my exam fee which will have to be redone by someone more skilled at optometry.
