Constant run around on several visits about prescription being ready.... 3 hour wait time. On meds, only to be told they didn't have on initial visits,,,, only to have to keep coming back AND STILL DIDN'T RECIEVE MEDSHave no problem taking co pay upon visit..... waiting 2 weeks now on prescription that had been filled.... y'all gets on my nerves .BAD BUSINESS
I saw a zombie in the cracked window room
I have been on hold for ten minutes and no answer. First visit was waiting over an hour after appointment time to be seen. Nurse messed up my mychart by adding my son who is on epic. Now I can’tget to any of my information. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK!!! They cater to Hispanic community. As a black personality you will not be respected. Nurse said she’d call to schedule a follow up appointment (my son is not even 6weeks old) she hadn’t abs I am trying to call them but still no answer. I have not been on hold for 13 minutes
i cant even get through too make an appointment im so frustrated have called 4 different times and i have been very patient but i've been on hold for more then 25 minutes each time!!!
Quick wait time. Everyone is nice, kind and respectful.Great visit! Was hesitant due to the other's comments but pleasantly surprised.Easy to park and drive to.
Do not take your baby here for pediatric care they is not organized and told me to go home and they will call me for an appointment for my newborn to come back in a week never received that call had to take my baby to the emergency room because I couldn’t get in touch with them finally I got someone in the phone she says they had an old phone number and address on file for me when I gave them all my updated information before I left that day then got the nerves to tell me the earliest appointment they got will be in June my baby a be 2 months then I don’t recommend them to no baby period
If they give you mohiuddi monika as you Doctor R.U.N
Dr. TANG and his staff have been treating me for several years. I have always been treated professionally. Yes sometimes the wait is a little longer but considering the amount of patients coming through the clinic, to me it's worth the wait. The pharmacy at Brookhaven always has a long line. Again the pharmacists and staff still do a good job getting people in and out. The saying: "Atlanta can't live without Grady" is so true in my book. I couldn't live well without Grady either.
Extremely long wait times to see the doctor. Can not afford to wait 1 and half hours past the appointment time on a working day. Disappointed with incompetent nurses who weigh the baby wrong and make us wait another 30 minutes to administer vaccination.
I’ve been calling their call center since October 2019 to schedule a pre-natal visit a Glucose lab test to be exact. I called dozens of times to request an appointment and I always get the usual response “I’ve submitted a urgent request for a nurse to call you and schedule an appointment”. Again, I have called literally weekly, this activity has turned into a daily stressful ordeal. Today I called the call center and spoke to a woman, I forget her name but it was around 8:45am she was pleasant and was able to speak to supervisor on my behalf and confirmed that the supervisor was on the phone with management from the location and reassured me that someone will contact me to make an appointment. I wait patiently, it’s now 1pm and no one has gotten back to me so again I call the call center and speak to a woman name Jennifer; I explained my situation and she decides to go through a whole list of questions my social, name and address (that’s for verification I’m used to that) then proceeds to tell me the zip code doesn’t match and is my emergency contact my room mate.... what??? I swear irrelevant questions and assumed relationship associations that have nothing to do with my initial request and her tone was antagonizing and condescending. She asked me if I had any special needs or disability’s that needed attention. I said no, she proceeded to ask other questions and then asked me again if I have any special needs or disability's that require a wheelchair or a stretcher? I’m silent for a 5 seconds and I proceed to let her know she’s already asked me this question. At this point I refused to continue to speak to her and requested to speak to a supervisor. After about 5 minutes holding Jennifer transfers me to Denise the supervisor, Denise handled the problem and made me an appointment after I told her that I’ve called several times and I was already reassured by a more attentive person this morning the numerous amounts of times I’ve called she ignored my statement but the confirmed reassurance of the occurance of these multiple calls made my appointment happen.Other problems:requested medical records. Failure to retrieve them even after completing a legal medical release form. They changed my provider twice within two months of established care, no reason for that.Lack of follow up in every way.I live right across the street! This is unacceptable, yes I’ve showed up there three times to try to resolve my grievances.Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.I’m my opinion revolving door for providers and staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
