I made an appointment for my son to get an ache facial. When we arrived they told me he had to be seen by one of the providers and not able to do the facial I had booked. Had they informed me of this in the first place I would have gone somewhere else. Felt like a bait and switch so we left.

I will not be returning after going here for years. Dr Harris is great but the office has been taken over by the staff is horrendous. The practice obviously has been sold to another company called MetroDerm. The staff is very unprofessional. Hard to get return calls. Hard to get prescription refills. The way they handled my condition and my files I would never trust them again. They treated my like a guinea pig. Its not a show, this should be a place to get treated and not have to worry about the ghetto way this office is run these days. You can contact me and I will tell you all the terrible things these women did. Unbelievable.If you have some condition or disease you may not be comfortable with you need to pick another office because they don't have a clue on sensitive nature of these kinds of conditions. One staff member even made a joke of my condition to my face in the office. She doesn't belong in the medical field at all. I should have posted this 10 months ago. Im not sure whats going on there now but Im not returning.Again, Dr Harris is a great guy and will treat you well but this staff needs to go.

Great doctor, very thorough with his patients. If you are in the Thomaston area and in need of a dermatologist Dr. Harris is the best.

Excellent!  called at 0730 for blistering rash. Worked me in at 0915! All staff pleasant , office tidy and clean. Dr. Berghoff is the bomb!

Dr. Harris is a really good Dermatologist! I have been seeing him for 20 years $ a few years ago he left the practice he was in & they indicated that he had retired. I went to several other Dermatologists & was not happy with any of them. They all seemed to be focused on cosmetic procedures. Thank goodness I found him! He is a great doctor & I highly recommend him

The most kind and gentle dermatologist I know. Spot on with diagnosis. Conservation in treatment when possible, aggressive when issue calls for it. I have seen him for about 25 years and have had our kids see him as well. He has treated us with everything from acne to basil cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma.
