The staff were friendly and helpful, the providers kind, informative and helpful. We really love CHOA for our daughter’s multiple and severe medical challenges.

I am extremely disappointed with the care my three year old son received from Dr. Fletcher. We came in because my son has a fractured finger that is visibly swollen and clearly much larger than his other fingers. Despite this, Dr. Fletcher did not order any follow up x rays, did not provide a splint or cast, and essentially sent us home with nothing done for my child’s injury. It is very concerning and frustrating to watch my son walk around with a fractured finger completely unsupported. We were still charged a 150 dollar co pay for this appointment, yet no treatment or meaningful care was provided. As a parent, I expect a specialist to take an injury like this seriously, especially when it involves a small child. This experience left me with no confidence in Dr. Fletcher’s care, and I cannot recommend this office to any parent seeking real medical help for their child.

We were referred to CHOA by our pediatrician to address some concerns about reflux issues our newborn has been experiencing. Shortly after the referral, CHOA contacted me to schedule our appointment and made it an incredibly smooth process. Although they have multiple locations, the next appointment wasn't available until 3 weeks later - yikes! But that's how healthcare goes so we took what we could and the young lady I spoke to told me that they would call me if anything sooner opened up. Even though nothing opened up, I appreciated that consideration so much! When we arrived, I did not expect it to be so beautiful! It was so bright, open and colorful inside, truly pleasing to the eyes of adults and children alike. I was really blown away by it all. There's also a bunch of paid parking that's available so you're not scrambling to find somewhere to park when going into important appointments. (I wish it were free parking though!) There are several floors catering to the different specializations and wow, this is really an incredible place that tends to pediatric needs of all kinds. On our way out I even saw that there was a small cafeteria in the lobby, perfect for guardians and kids who may have had long appointments. (Or those just wanting a snack?) The team here is really wonderful, from the front desk to the doctors and nurses. From check-in to check-out, any questions or concerns that we had were addressed with such patience. Our appointment with Dr. Raj was incredibly smooth and he was really helpful. We had an issue filling a prescription for our son so I called and the ladies upfront worked to get me the answers I needed. It's never fun to go to the doctor's office, but it's nice to find one that makes the experience smoother. Will definitely continue making any necessary appointments at CHOA!

My son had scoliosis when he was born, Dr Bruce once a year said , let’s just keep an eye on it, then in 2017 things changed, and my son had to have surgery to correct the curvature in his spine. Dr. Bruce performed the surgery and he assured us that in just a few months that he would be good as new and boy was a right. My son has rods and pins in his back that will be there the rest of his life. He has zero trouble with his back, he was in middle school when he had the surgery performed. He is now 22 years old. Dr. Bruce is my absolute favorite! I can’t imagine going to anyone else, his bedside manner is the best. I don’t feel like I see a Dr, I feel like I’m seeing a friend Or a big brother. You will not be sorry We absolutely adore him!!

I had a great experience at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Orthopedics. The staff and doctors were super friendly, pleasant, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated how efficient the process was. We were in and out in a timely manner without feeling rushed. It’s always a relief when healthcare visits for children are this smooth and positive. Thank you to the entire team for making it such a great experience!
