My family had an amazing experience at egleston ER! My 7 month old was life flighted due to a fractured skull, the ER trauma nurse Samantha went above & beyond to not only take the best care of my son, but to also make us feel so welcome & put our worries at ease. We spoke with multiple neurosurgeons that were so compassionate & empathetic, they answered all our questions & concerns. I highly recommend this hospital

Best Children’s Hospital ever, well educated on taking care of our little joys and big joys as well don’t hesitate if you’re child’s doctor send your child here, run here kid would be in best of care

My daughter has type 1 diabetes and because I’m a single mom I asked for help because of her hormones and going through puberty it has her getting sick a lot. I stay on top of her insulin I’m a 5th grade teacher and I run an after school program and take care of my daughter. Blood sweat and tears and instead of helping me with resources they call Defax on me! DONT SEND YOUR CHILD TO EGELSTON THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR BACK OR CARE ABOUT HOW HARD YOU WORK THEY DONT HAVE CHILDREN AND WILL NEVER GET WHAT A PARENT GOES THROUGH! I will never let them send my daughter here again and I’m going to make sure they never do this to anyone else again!

This hospital is one of the best in Georgia. The doctors, nurses, PT and OT therapist are awesome, they go the extra mile taking care of the kids. There are no words to express our gratitude for the service and treatment they provide to my son thru this difficult time battling with cancer and his surgery. May God bless you all.

One word, unbelievable! The emergency is horrific! It’s not even about the awful wait time because that is to be expected in an emergency room BUT the lack of organization and consideration is unacceptable! Every YEAR cold & flu szn comes like clock work.. why in 2023 you guy are still considerably unprepared. Do you guys assume this yr it’s going to b different? Help me understand! No seats n the waiting room we waited over an hour for a seat, n when I asked the young lady @ the front desk, she looked at me as if I asked her for a million dollars, n rudely said idk, just stand n wait. As I waited n stood! I notice it’s only like 10-12 seats n the waiting area! Again why u guys not prepared. Watching mothers with their sick infants, holding them in their arms for hours was sick. Why does it takes so long for triage here, I never understood that part when u literally only spend 5 mins or less there. Word to the wise next year this time cold n flu szn will b back! Sense obviously it’s a surprise for u guys every year! The lady at the front spent more time, telling ppl to stand behind the white line, when she could’ve been doing her job n checking ppl in, only allowing parents n patients to sit down, gathering more chairs etc! Where is the leadership here? Who is the leader here!? The last straw for me; when they started telling ppl who were standing waiting, that they could only stand in certain places. How y’all don’t have seats, won’t provide sitting but has the nerve to try to regulate where ppl stand! U have to b kidding me!

Everyone was so caring and thoughtful. I knew my baby was is the best hands possible. The doctors and nurses saved my 7 week old baby from dying. They did everything they could to ease my worries and addressed all my concerns immediately. This place is incredible
