Horrible service, horrible doctors, I was within the grace period and they still wouldn’t take us. People have to park and stuff we can’t just magically appear in the office , I’m so annoyed, these are childrens respiratory systems y’all are dealing with like get real! Then they told me a reschedule date 2 months out after being within the grace period. Receptionists stated they spoke with the doctor and the doctor wanted to reschedule. Do not take your child here, I feel like the doctor just didn’t feel like working.

Update: We have left this practice, at least for the time being. After our doctor essentially gave up on helping find a solution to our son’s unfortunate reaction to the medication he was on, our pediatrician worked with us to find the solution and recommended we find a new pulmonologist. —— It’s stressful topic, and I will admit I was getting frustrated between appointments, but the last time we went in our doctor was incredibly helpful! She was patient and kind with us in this new situation. She also spent a good amount of time talking us through our many questions.

Every year, we get an asthma letter for my daughter for school, as required by the district if a child has asthma. The school must know her up to date condition and and must comply with the recommendations on the letter. We went in today to get the same letter, but the PA refused to give her one in regards to not having to wear a mask. As parents, we feel it will not be medically sound for her to wear a mask. She has had issues wearing them for more than a few minutes. Her condition hasn't changed on bit since her diagnosis five years ago. The doctor said she needs to wear a mask daily. The school district we are in, currently doesn't require a mask to be worn, but if they end up requiring kids to wear them, and my daughter has an asthma attack or worse, I promise, I will own this clinic by the time the lawsuit is over. This is an outrage. The PA didn't even perform the normal PFT to validate where her condition stands. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR KIDS TO BE SEEN BY THIS CLINIC.
