Greeting staff and front off secretary were great! The anesthesiologist was rude and didn’t answer my question. Surgeon came 30 minutes late. Nurse that bought my son to the recovery room was moving extremely fast and carelessly. The discharge nurse Barbara was EXTREMELY rude! While I was trying to comfort my 9 month old son who just had surgery she told me that I could leave! I’m guessing his crying was bothering her . I wouldn’t bring my child back here even for a life or death situation and I definitely wouldn’t recommend Barbara bring a pediatric discharge nurse!

Moved to Atlanta with a child born with a cleft lip/palate. He's already almost 10 so past all the surgeries, just general maintenance needed now. Called the hospital to setup an appointment for a meet/greet with the surgeon/dentist/orthodontist, no treatment, just to meet them. The appointment was a total of 5 minutes with each doctor, nothing exciting. A few weeks later we get a $1000 bill (and yes, I have insurance). I call to complain and ask for a justification for a $1000 bill when no actual service or procedure was done. Nobody is able to offer an explanation, and eventually I'm told to pay the bill or be sent to collections. Great service (sarcasm!)
