Christopher A Potts's Online Review Report Card

Every time I have tried to schedule an appointment with this office, they have called me the day before to tell me that Dr. Potts can no longer see me because they scheduled something else at the same time.

I can give lower than one if possible not for Doctor but his staff who is handling appointments. I called they started pushing promotion of some device and despite telling them I do not need it. In colonail style tried pushing product even if your colony do not need it. When I said I do not need it they hung up it seems they have too many patients and they can say no referrals.

I met Dr C.Potts through another Professional Sports Medicine Dr. J. Powers who confirmed my situation right away. I was referred for surgery to Dr C.Potts. I had to wait a little for my appointment which couldn't come soon enough. I was so over the pain and restrictions that were caused by this torn cartilage. When I met Dr.C.Potts he was very pleasant an easy to talk to. He has a lovely and professional bed side manner. It was nice to see he takes care of himself and is a Body Builder who knows his stuff! He showed me another lovely photo of my knee and showed me what he can do to fix the injury for a meniscus tear. And now 12 days later im doing my Happy Dance, not just wishing but physically doing the dance! Im so excited to finally move on with my life. Both of these men do the great justice to their profession.

Dr. Potts and his staff are GREAT! Everything was very efficient, friendly, and helpful from making the appointment to Check out. Dr Potts answered all my questions and provided the options and next steps for my knee. Would recommend him!

After 3 months of battling what I thought was IT band/knee pain, I switched to get a second opinion with Dr. Potts and they discovered the issue was a torn left hip labrum. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Potts & his team. They were committed to finding the root of my issue, very personable and I am so impressed in how I feel after surgery. Dr. Potts and his team are the gold standard in all respects. I had suffered a torn quad tendon and needed a consult and surgery immediately to repair the injury and prevent long-term complications. Dr. Potts was able to see me the next day and performed my surgery just two days later. During this process, we talked multiple times each day and walked through everything I needed to know to make informed decisions. The same-day outpatient surgery was performed as planned and every care team member I interacted with was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Dr. Potts and his team were there for my family and me every step of the way and made what seemed to be a complex situation very simple for us to understand.
