I was referred to Dr. Shaw by my GP for a colonoscopy since I'm now over 50 years of age. In the past year his office has called to cancel and reschedule my colonoscopy not once, not twice, but three times now. When I had an appointment with Dr. Shaw for a consultation prior to a colonoscopy I was advised by his office staff that they were going to refuse to honor their contract with Aetna Insurance and I could not receive service from Dr. Shaw. I filed a complaint with Medicare and Aetna and the investigator was told by the office staff that the reason I was refused service was because the doctor was not in the office that day which was a total fabrication. I had to schedule with another doctor.

The doctors here really care about their patients. Dr Shaw is wonderful and Dr Freeman and Allison are fantastic. They saved my life. They listen and figure out a plan for each individual.
