I have been double charged for my previous visit and cannot get anyone on the phone to help.

Told me that both bitewings and panoramics are required for a full exam which is simply not true and ended up paying out of pocket for one. Then billed me directly for a cleaning and exam that should have been covered by insurance, had to call 3 times to get rectified. A few weeks later my wife went for a cleaning and waited 2 HOURS to be seen. Same story of trying to upsell on services that were not needed. Be an educated consumer/patient before coming here. Edit: My wife went for her cleaning and they did they exact same thing to her. Sent a $170 bill including items she declined, and did not bill insurance. Beginning to wonder if this is their default procedure and just hoping some patients will pay up. Edit 2: A year later I get a bill for $195. I have not been to this location since last year. So scammy.

From the moment you arrive til the time you leave they make you feel at home. The doctor is nice and the hygienist made my teeth sparkle!!

Was over billed and my insurance provider's payments were not fully recognized. I called the office many times and left voicemails trying to resolve this issue. None of my calls were answered and voicemails were not returned. I also received another bill months after the appointment for an additional charge. Within a few months, Coast Dental had transferred the debt to a collection agency without giving me a chance to dispute the bill. My insurance provider is now conducting an investigation into this. Coast Dental seems to use very aggressive billing practices, does not given patients a chance to dispute the bills and moves any unpaid bills to collection agencies quickly.

I would advise anyone not to go to this office, the office manager lies, and when I find out who her boss is, it will not go well. Then, the next step will be BBB. You don't treat anyone on the phone by lying to them about paperwork

Gave a treatment plan of over 1200 dollars and gave me unnecessary anxiety. I went for a second opinion and found out that I was lied to. Scam, please find somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible and very unprofessional. I specially made an appointment to schedule teeth cleaning only and wasn’t able to get the procedure done due to unprofessionalism. After the x-ray, they told me to go to the check-out counter to make sure if my “finances” for the procedure is “correct” and asked me if I wish to proceed or not. They were about to charge me almost 1K just to get my teeth cleaned. I don’t think so. I told them I don’t wish to proceed and paid $50 up front for the x-ray. A month later, I got a billing statement from Costal Dental that I owe them $435!!! I get charged for something that I didn’t get to do which is getting my teeth cleaned?!
