Crestview Health & Rehabilitation Center's Online Review Report Card

This place is as worse as the hospital !!!! The Staff but not all, is very Rude & unprofessional !!!! If I ever get hurt again, I'll take my chances with a personal ride to another city !!!!! There service at both facilities is #HORRIFIC !!!!!

I have never stepped foot into this place. My aunt was admitted there on yesterday. My mom called to find out about the visitation and the person that answered the phone was so rude and hung up on her. She attempted to call again and the person answered the phone and hung up on her again. She called me very upset and told me of the situation. I called and at hello the person was rude. I asked him about his rudeness and he was more rude. I explained that I am in the medical field and would never act the way he was acting and stated I was going to contact the DON which I will do on Monday. I usually would never suggest anyone to be fired but STEVEN should be fired. He leaves a bad impression as the first contact that families have. I am a registered nurse and have worked various places to include ICU’s and the nursing homes in Atlanta and I do my best to keep families calm knowing they are already dealing with stress of having sick love ones. I was very disappointed in the treatment we received today and will be following up at the facility and with corporate.

In 2016 when I was there at the nursing home .Crestview nursing I had bedsores It was bigger than a man hand , here and the nurse adie would not change my brief like they’re supposed to here in two hours they will come and leave at the room and say I’ll be back but didn’t come back they would do the daily . it’s her in a little bit so so I five in a while not to send the bolts today is Rehab Medical Creekview nursing home all I’m not bad but the aid that I had at that time do you want to do the jobSo why I Reviewed them with one star

Strongly do not recommend this facility. Mom contacted later passed from COVID-19 while in care of Crestview. Rooms small dark and smelly. Business office STAFF needs training in ETHICS and Public Relations. If you care don’t place your love ones here.

Crestview has provided consistent care for my brother for over three years. Their service is also a service to my family and is greatly appreciated. There have been concerns over the years however, the staff has responded in a professional and caring manner.

If you're looking for rehab towards independence, this is the place. They coax you to progress in your own wellness/healing. Professional staff, well lit, clean, therapy and scheduled activities. Some patients are miracles in motion. Your progress is eventually up to you. Visitors are encouraged.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!! I WASJUST TOLD I HAVETO BATHE IN COLD WATER. THEREIS NO HOT WATER IN THIS PLACE AT ALL. THIS IS CRAZYTHIS PLACEIS TAKING 1 THOUSAND DOLLARS A MINTH HOW IN THEHELL THE MAINTANCENOTBEING DONETO THIS PLACE!! SHUT THIS PLACW DOWN!!!-

My dad was in this facility for about a month and he was left at the dialysis clinic. My sister called the front desk and was told he was in his room, but he was still at the clinic. Horrible, horrible experience.

Outstanding therapy team, private medicare rooms

The PT staff is good. SOME nursing staff are great. Food is TERRIBLE. I personally wouldn't recommend this place. But this place served its purpose. I'm a current resident and I'm ready to run the hell out of here.
