First visit he freaked out told my daughter her foot was gangrene and should go to hospital across the street, she got scared was worried about her PD dialysis in the hospital and he laughed. He does not know or have seen enough people with a bad chronic diseases.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor. Went to his office after scheduling difficulty with another Village Podiatry office, and he treated me and my daughter as if it were a privilege to work with him. We waited an hour past her appointment to see him. His bedside manner was awful, he really explained nothing. The day of the surgery he kept asking me if I had received my daughters prescription and orthopedic shoe, in which case for both I told him no we hadn't! He addressed me a couple of times stating, "you weren't looking at me." He repeatedly asked me in the consultation why I chose not to go with the other office, and after several times of explaining why, he never reassured us or made us feel any better but kept asking what the issue was. Honestly there is no point in asking since you are bot reassuring of anything and furthermore we are sitting your office, now! He gave a demeanor as if he did not care about the work he was expected to perform. After my daughters follow up I am washing my hands of all their offices. This made a stressful time already of a surgery on my child more stressful with his attitude and rudeness. I'm only giving 2 stars because my daughters surgery went well!

Dr.Dane Ulett. Receptionist gave me attitude when I was inconvenience twice because he was in surgery. The receptionist hung up on me when I called to see if he made it in. Poor customer service. I want be back.

I will not be coming back. They invoice weirdly so they get money from insurance and us. I have a health insurance and I still ended up having to pay almost 1,000 dollars for 1 ingrown nail and then they still want to sell you a cleaning kit? Ridiculous He is always late because he has ‘surgeries’

The visit itself was ok, they are terrible with their billing department and filing insurance. They file weird so that they can get paid from insurance and us. How is it that I have a health insurance and end up paying almost 1,000 dollars for an ingrown nail? I will never go back there.

Love Dr. Ulett! He's warm, knowledgable,and intentional. However, his staff is horrific--disorganized, unprofessional, and confused.

My appointment was at 3:45. I left at 5, after not being seen by anyone . The receptionist was sweet, if that counts for anything.

Amazing! I have been to several podiatrist and none could figure out there problem. He took one look at my x-ray and knew just what was wrong. His staff is professional and courteous. He was nice, friendly, patient and caring. They value their patients. I will be having out patient surgery (I'm looking forward to walking with out pain) and he made me excited about it. I am ecstatic about it because I know that I'm in phenomenal hands. Will update after surgery.

Dr. Ulett was extremely professional, and his demeanor was one of calmness. He explained my issue effectively and patiently, and took care of me in a decent amount of time. I highly recommend his services.
