Dr. Berkowitz and his associates and staff are excellent. You immediately feel comfortable discussing all medical issues with Dr. Berkowitz and he is totally focused on answering all questions and providing information. He truly has your best interest ahead of everything. He is willing to research, and will fight to provide the best, current options available for his patients. He does not give up! We have a level of trust with Dr. Berkowitz that beyond words. He is professional, compassionate, and driven to provide his patients with the best possible care. Simply put, he and his team or awesome!

Very thorough doctor with a very competent staff. Especially his NP Brittany Jones. They are a great team. Rating them 1 to 10, they would be at least a 20.

This doctor literally saved my life. I spent over a week at another affiliated hospital and after testing another doctor decided the removal of a lung was my only choice. After days of great anxiety and tests it was decided I could not live with one lung ONLY THEN another Doctor refered me to Dr. Berkowitz at Emory who performed a procedure on me, saving my lung and was out of the hospital in about three days. A,plus he has excellent bedside manner. I would put my life in his hands at any time.
