This is the WORST Senior facility of all rude disrespectful short uncaring and VERY un professional to say the least doctors have little to hardly no time at your visit but want to call and talk to you while not seeing you in personPlease DO NOT allow your senior family members to be shuffled around like animals for pay😱😡 all for the money 💰

Nice staff and primary care doctor, but I have had my share of issues. On the medical side, once I had an issue with my eye. I called and was told to come in to the clinic. I arrived and was told to come back in about 75 minutes. Why tell me to come in if the doctor can’t see me. I am in pain. This is my eye people!! I ended up driving to my eye doctor who saw me immediately. Then twice I have had issues picking up medications. First time I was told one of my prescription medications was a controlled substance. It is not. I left! I ended up using Humana Home Delivery to get my medication. Today, I waited 30 minutes and no pharmacy tech ever brought my medications to me. Even after I called to remind them I was waiting. I left! I will not be returning to JenCare.

I personally have experience a very beautiful and wonderful team of committed individuals that are ready and willing to help, and they do go out of their way to make you comfortable and to get to know you.I would recommend any family member or friend that's a senior under the care of jencare senior medical. Both doctors and staff they're wonderful.

Our JenCare team no us so well they recognize our voices and remember our situations. They treat us truly like family. What is special to me. I tell jokes sometimes and we have a good laugh. I was talking to my sister earlier today so she needed to see her doctor soon because she wasnt feeling well her appointment is mid October so l told her l had talked to my doctor he told me.l can call anytime or come in if needed when l call and need to come in. Thank.you JenCare
