I’ve read all of the glowing reviews, but for me, nothing close to this was my experience. When I got the referral to Dr. Berringer I called to make the appointment only to find out that I needed my medical records before they would make the appointment. Fine, after six weeks I finally received my medical records from Emory and hand delivered them and made the appointment. Just a few days before the appointment I was required to get my medical records from a Florida hospital. Ok fine. I received all 466 pages of records the morning of my appointment and promptly emailed them to the office. The receipt of my email was not only confirmed as received, but I was informed that the records were too long for them to read before my appointment, so the appointment was cancelled. This was a Wednesday. Ok, again. I was informed that someone would contact on Monday. A week and a half passes with no call. When I finally call them to get a status on where we are, all of a sudden I’m told that they need my medical records yet again. I informed these people that I’ve been in excruciating pain from day one, but I’ve been in this process for over two months, and when I say “excruciating”, I mean a level 8 pain. I get the feeling that they don’t really give a damn about me as a patient. Very unprofessional and unsympathetic to me in general when I have done nothing but jump through every “hoop” that I was asked to jump through and even did so with a smile on my face. I would definitely not recommend this doctors office. I can’t speak for the doctor himself, but if this kind of thing is allowed inside his office then he can’t be much good, can he? Besides , you have to go through these other people before you even get to the doctor. Ask yourself, “Do I want to put up with a bunch of unprofessional people, not doing their jobs, when I have enough on my plate with these medical issues ?” I for one deserve better than this. You make up your own mind.

Dr. Beringer is the best physician I have ever been treated by, not exaggerating. I found him on google as I needed a second opinion for my joint issues, as my age was an issue with my previous doctor. He is patient, caring and thorough. He’s also very accommodating & easily accessible if an emergency should arise. I had the following joint replacements performed by Dr. Beringer, Left total hip,right total hip, left total knee and right total knee. Whenever I come across someone experiencing joint pain or discomfort, I ALWAYS refer them to Dr. Beringer.

Dr. Beringer and his team are with out a doubt the best, most professional, true care for their patients, and most accessible surgical team anywhere. They replaced both of my knees and I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve had conversations with friends that went to other surgeons and they just confirmed my thoughts and feelings. Even the physical therapist that treated me after my surgeries hold Dr. Beringer in high esteem.

Have had both hips replaced by Dr. Beringer. From initial visit taking the time needed to evaluate situation through outlining options ensuring you are clear and comfortable with plan. He and his team work together through the surgical process and follow-up care. I am grateful for the life changing outcome to be able to enjoy life pain free!

Absolutely love this doctor. He takes his time with you. Answers all your questions. Extensive knowledge and experience. Really cares about his patients. I had a right total hip replacement and I went to 3 other doctors before I found him. Thank you Dr. Berringer.

Dr. Beringer replaced both of my knees and I couldn't be more pleased. if you are looking for an orthopedic surgeon who sincerely cares about his patient, is a perfectionist about his work, spends all of the time it takes to hear you tell him about your problem so he can do a complete and professional diagnosis, a surgeon who follows up after surgery to ensure you are healing well then Dr. Beringer is who you are looking for. He is the only doctor I know of that has his cell phone number on his business card. You can contact him 24/7, because he truly does care about his patient. He is, without question, the absolute best anywhere.

Dr Beringer and his staff are wonderful. Communication is tops. My new hip is doing very well and I am in better condition than before my procedure.

Dr. Beringer is very caring, thoughtful, helpful and with great professional experience. I have been his patient for sarcoma treatment. He explains all the options and helps in choosing the best treatment. PA's Liz and Cristian are great. And of course, his office personnels are kind and helpful!

Dr. Beringer replaced my right knee is September and the results exceeded all expectations. He is a dedicated professional who sincerely cares about his patients. His support team as you would imagine is beyond comparison. If you or anyone you know is considering total knee replacement I assure you there is not a better surgeon anywhere. He is replacing my other knee next week and I am confident I will be in the hands of the best surgeon anywhere.

My mobility and function is restored. My quality of life is greatly improved. Plus, no more pain! I highly recommend Dr. Beringer.
