staff never calls back even after leaving voicemails and never tells me what's going on. put me on the wrong date when I was working that day and the doctor doesn't seemed to care about his patients anymore. I would not recommend this place anymore

I'm writing this because I've had to wait 3 months for an appointment. Just to find out today ( my schedule appointment is today) the doctor will not be in! I waited 3 months to see him and then the scheduler says his next available is in December!! Wow, that's how y'all treat people? I could see if I the patient had to cancel this appointment but you all canceled it. Now I'm told well you can see his nurse in October smh wow. I really was looking forward to this appointment waited three months just to be told I'll be waiting longer or find a different doctor

Honestly, this place has gotten worse and worse. Long wait times for calls, for appointments, and the place has gotten down hill. I would recommend anyone to find a different place where they care about you and there are less patients so you can actually get to see someone! This is ridiculous.(Not to mention, they never call back when trying to talk to them)

Eh, my mom has been a patient here for years and it really seems as if they care less and less ya know? They have made a ton of mistakes and the ones that suffer for it? Yeah her. I would just stay away from here and maybe find somewhere they actually take the time to care for you, call you back, and actually have appointments. (My mom had an appointment scheduled and they literally did it for the wrong day so she couldn't go and had to wait ANOTHER 3 months. My mom suffered from both scheduling and the doctors/nurses).

Dr. Doug Stuart is an excellent neurologist. He is a brilliant diagnostician. He knows the best medication to treat the condition he diagnoses. He is intensely concerned about his patients well being. He is kind and patient. I was blessed when another physician recommended him five years ago. He has increased the quality of my life more than I thought was possible. My overall rating for him is off the charts.
