Dr. Bruce Edelstein's Online Review Report Card

I went to Dr. Edelstein for a gum graft. A previous oral surgeon had attempted the graft twice 15 years ago, without success. Needless to say, I was not enthusiastic about trying again. My local dentist recommended Dr. Edelstein highly, and I'm so glad that I took his recommendation. From Taylor who answers the phone and checks you in, to Dr. Edelstein's nurse, Sue, to Dr. Edelstein himself. Everyone was so kind, helpful and reassuring. Sue even called the night of my procedure to check on me and make sure everything was going ok. The gum graft looks better than I ever expected possible. You can't tell at all that I ever had recession there. Additionally, a few weeks later I called about an unrelated dental issue I was having, and Dr. Edelstein and Sue went above and beyond to help me with that over the phone. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Edelstein and his staff are incredible. I was extremely nervous to get gum grafting done. I've heard stories about the pain and how the healing process can be horrific. From my first consultation through the end of my procedure they were nothing but top notch. Nobody likes to have their mouth worked on but the staff and Dr Edelstein were very calming and encouraging. I felt no pain during the procedure and after it was complete I was given clear instructions on our to mitigate the pain during the healing process. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt at ease. I even got a call the night after I left the office to make sure I was okay and knew that I had a direct line to reach out to the doctor if I had any issues. I can't speak highly enough about this practice. If you need any type of periodontal treatment done then I would look no further than Dr Edelstein. Absolutely 10/10 service.

What a great office. Everything, from the beginning was very professional and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. And Dr. Edelstein did a great job. He came highly recommended and he and his office staff lived up to all of it. I highly recommend them.

I recently had to have a tooth extracted ASAP and the doctor and team worked to fit me into what I'm sure is a busy schedule and has shown the utmost care. I'm actually looking forward to going back!

I was referred to Dr. Edelstein by my dentist for Periodontal work March, 2017. Dr. Edelstein and his staff provided excellent service, explained all the steps involved in the procedure and called to make sure I was doing well after the procedure. Since that time, I continue to have my teeth cleaned and gums checked twice a year by his office, in addition to seeing my regular dentist twice a year. I have had a lot of dental work (fillings, crowns and implants) and think it wise to protect that investment. I do utilize their email for any nonurgent question and always get an immediate reply. They are informative and care about your oral health. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Edelstein and his great supportive staff. Had an appointment last week (8/11) and precautions put in place due to Covid19...great job!!!
