I had a great experience! Went for a repair they ended up helping me schedule a Eye exam (much needed). Exam went great! Everyone from the desk to the Dr was so friendly and helpful. Emanuel helped me pick out new frames. We even had a few laughs. He saved the day by somehow fixing my old glasses!!! Five stars

My annual eye appointment is always with Dr. Kenneth Boxer. He is an excellent Optemetrist. My husband and I greatly appreciate how cognizant he is of keeping everyone organized and seeing his patients in a timely manner. Not once have we had to wait past our appointment time and yet we don't feel rushed when we interface with Dr. Boxer. His attention is focused on us, the patients. You definitely have his ear and attention when describing any challenges. We also sincerely appreciate the time that Yaacov Wexter 'Wex' takes with each of us to help us pick out our glasses for the year. He takes the time necessary to make certain the glasses fit our face properly and that we are happy with our choices. Wex is most patient, kind, warm, welcoming, & funny. It is a joy to actually do this annual appointment. The employees that Dr. Boxer hires are top notch. From being welcomed to checking out to walking through the various tests, each employee was extremely attentive, patient, and kind. Thank you Dr. Boxer and Team for always ensuring our annual appointment goes well.

From start to finish, it was a great experience! The lady at the front desk (i don't remember her name) she was awesome! She was very friendly. For my appointment to be in the morning, she was engaging and helpful especially with that darn air blowing machine lol. Dr. Kim was also great! She was fast, effective, and welcoming. I will be going back!

I wish I trusted the reviews that mentioned this location was rushed and imprecise. My experience was also poor as well. Waited for 30+ minutes in the examination room for the optometrist after getting my eye health metrics. In the prescription matching, I was not even asked to read out any letters at any point, which I have never experienced at an eye appointment, just very quickly check if 1/2 is better etc-- how can the optometrist be sure the prescription is accurate? After this took less than 10 minutes, maybe less than 5, I have a slightly different prescription (normal amount of expected change in a year), but I don't know if I trust that it is better than my previous prescription due to the rushing and not even showing the before/after difference of my previous prescriptions with the eye test machinery. She also did not look at all at my Optomap eye scan-- why pay for a high-tech measure of eye health if it is not looked at in the slightest? Overall I am disappointed in myself that I actually paid for this extra service which was not looked at. I think they were overbooked and thus did my appointment very sloppily.

Recently visited location for the first time and I must say that the customer service was refreshing. Ashton went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get the best lens crafters experience. She made my experience smooth and was in/out.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I was able to successfully get my new prescription put into my own frames I brought in without any issues. 10/10 recommended!
