I can highly recommend Dr Baucom and his team. They are very professional, friendly and on time. Dr Baucom had to remove a cancerous spot from my lip to my chin and I underwent MOHS surgery. He was the best. He was professional, kind and took his time everytime. He also gave me the comfort that I needed to hear under very difficult circumstances for me.

I’ve had to visit Dr. Baucom several times because of different issues with my skin. His office is very well run. He and his people are both pleasant and very good at what they do. I trust them, and recommend them with no reservations.

ive been to other surgeons and my experience with them was just ok. dr baucom and his staff are tops! very professional. knew exactly what they were doing and how to treat their patients. i had to ask if they were stitching me up cause i didnt feel a thing. i felt so at ease. i was in and out of quickly.

I had a cancerous spot on my nose and underwent MOHS surgery. I felt Dr Baucom was professional, kind, personable. Considering my problem this was the perfect place for me to go. The best of the best.

Dr. Baucom performed Mohs procedure on basal cell carcinoma on my nose. Procedure is known to be a long appointment for the patient but I was out in 3 hours. He is very competent and has a great staff. I since discovered that Dr Baucom did the same procedure on my family doctor and the cancer was on his lip and I had never noticed any surgery having been performed.

Dr Baucom may be good at dermatology, but he is not a plastic surgeon. He really messed up my face and stomach. He did a fat transfer on my face, for which I required an expensive corrective surgery that didn't help, and lipo on my stomach, which left me with uneven, sagging skin. He couldn't fix any of the permanent bad work he did and was cheerfully dismissive of my concerns. This kind of work should only be done by a licensed plastic surgeon.

Dr. Baucom and his entire staff made me feel comfortable when I was very nervous. They showed true concern and they were extremely knowledgeable. From making the appointment to follow up they were all very professional but warm and caring. Dr. Baucom even called me personally to check on me later in the day.
