I am returning to leave another review! 5 weeks have passed since I started my medical weight loss journey . 16 pounds down 🎉🎉 moved to a smaller size pants . Feeling great ! I know it is a long journey , but with Elevate I am not alone . Thank you everyone for the very much needed support , understanding and encouragement . I couldn’t have done it with out you . Can wait to see the day when I will be able to come back here to share my weight loss goal achievement! Really pleased with the care that I am receiving at Elevate Wellness and Dr. Powell. My current treatment plan (HRT and weight-loss) has been life changing in that I finally feel like myself again. Other doctors have blown me off as just getting older and left me to figure out how to live with it. I cannot thank this team enough for setting me back on course to thrive and not just survive.

Both the young lady at the reception area (I believe her name is Andrea) and my service provider, Rachel, were so professional and friendly! I received Botox and I am very pleased. I will be returning!

Dr. David Lee is awesome! He's helped me with my discomfort in my knees and ankle as well as figured out in about 10-15 Minutes what was wrong with discomfort in my upper rib area... I won't go into detail but I took what was recommended to me and within 6 hours my upper rib area started feeling better! I thought it was referral pain from gallbladder appendicitis but didn't know what was wrong thankfully it wasn't either one of those things. Yes I recommend Dr. David Lee !

I had a terrible experience about booking an appointment with Elevate clinic. I made two appointments for me and my aunt. The day before my appointment, they called and cancelled my appointment. I sent them a text later to confirm that they still keep my aunt's appointment. They said yes. Then the morning of, they sent me a text saying that my aunt's appointment is not available. I called the office after receiving that text and the scheduler had no clue why it happened. I understand that there may be an emergency/ schedule conflict. But this is so unprofessional to cancel appointments last minute when people have already tried to make plans for their appointments.
