This person is in this profession for the money. You are an ATM not a patient. Expect to be fast talked too. She will not be addressing any of your concerns. Pushed a surgery on me without verifying whether or not my disease was still progressing. I was surprised at the very end of our session when she asked if I had any old records, which I assumed she had already, to help push the case with insurance. ...

Not impressed with practice. Rushed through visit. Talked to me like I was a child like all doctors do because I am a senior. Charged insurance for test they did not do. Won't be going back.

My visit was far below my expectation. Initial exam was done by a student without the attending MD asking my permission to be examined by a student. Hand hygiene was very poor. No gloves and no hand sanitizer used by staff except by the attending. I was yelled at by the person doing the vision screening. He apologized but did not fail to remind me that I was not following simple instructions. More to say, but lets just say, they will never see my face again, and I have told all my friends and family members about my experience. The receptionist, Carol was very sweet.
