Dr. Arkin is a wonderful doctor who truly cares about her patients. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I cannot recommend her enough

I wanted a good Dr. that also incorporated natural methods and I was willing to make the 2 hour drive for a doctor with those qualities.Dr. Arkin is knowledgeable in traditional care and also offers a more natural approach to health care such as giving advice on vitamins bio identical hormones and other means to combat menopause. I have been a patient of Dr. Arkin for approximately 5 years and have no major complaints about her care. I would rate her overall care a 3.75Unfortunately I can’t say the same about her medical assistant. I have had multiple negative encounters with her through out the past five years. She comes across as rude and Condescending.This is an explanation of my last experience with her.I have been trying to contact them for over a week and a half now to get a follow up Mammogram for a mass in my left breast that was Biopsied over 6 months ago. On Monday August the 12th I left a message with her no return phone call. I called again on Monday the 19th and left a message. No return phone call. I called again on Wednesday. No return phone call. I tried calling to schedule an appointment only to reach a recording to leave a message. I finally got a staff member at the front desk today and she said I could leave a message. I told them I was not going to leave another message. She then placed me on hold and Dr. Arkin’s assistant finally took the call at which point she was rude and Condescending to say the least. I have given her grace in the past because we can all have bad days but after multiple encounters with this type of behavior I see that this is a normal pattern for her.With that said I will no longer subject myself to this type of treatment. I am in hopes that Dr. Arkin and the Office manager will take a serious look at how their Assistant is speaking to their patients. It has cost them this patient but maybe with some retraining and strong encouragement on being more compassionate you can prevent other patients from leaving the practice due to her.I wish Dr.Arkin and her Practice nothing but the best

As a frontline healthcare worker on the covid19 frontlines I am appalled at this Dr s refusal of care for myself the day of 51820 I understand my appt was postponed due to pandemic but to show up at your office and answer questions honestly about my exposure to covid19 because i am a nurse working in the hospital with Covid+ patients I am OUTRAGED i was denied care at my scheduled appointment that I had to call off from my job to keep my appointment and then after waiting in your office for 40 min I was told by your staff members you would NOT see me when I have no symptoms and afebrile in your office And all your staff wearing N95 masks. And i was as well and I stressed my exposure is limited although it is a definite but that as a nurse for 30 yrs I wear proper PPE at my job yet your office staff had to tell me that you refused to see me instead of yourself LAME

I have known Eva Arkin for 35 years. She delivered my daughter who is now 34. Throughout my life I have gone back to her practice because of her knowledge her kindness. She is an outstanding doctor person.

Been going to Dr Arkin for years Would recommend her to anyone She is kind through and knowledgeable Very patient also

This Dr refused to see me on my scheduled appt for fear i was exposed to COVID19 when i honestly answered to the question that i do work with Covid +patients I am outraged by her unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge of proper usage of PPE which I always wear and explained to the staff that I do when caring for my patients Also the entire staff at this office were all wearing their N95 masks and I was the only one in the waiting room So why would you refuse treating me ? Its wrong on all levels and you should be reprimanded for your negligent behaviors as a physician giving care

She’s been my Dr since 16 yrs old and now at 40 I wouldn’t have it any other way. She is AMAZING and I trust her with my life. She’s gotten me through horrible experiences and she’s incredible. You’re lucky if you have her.

Dr Arkin is absolutely the best. I have been going to her for years and she is always patient and caring. I trust her judgement and her extensive medical expertise.

I love Dr. Arkin. She has always been upfront with me on medical issues and what needs to be done and listens to me. However her staff lacks desire. You feel like your just a number not a person.

Dr. Arkin listens. And she doesn’t rush. And she was able to diagnose my problem quickly and accurately. Her experience shows I wish I could still use her now that I am on Medicare.
