Clueless and inept billing practices. I was receiving bills from them for a procedure that I was making regular payments on and set to collections because they are to challenged to manage their accounts receivable. I was informed the issue was the practice billing from two locations for a single procedure yet they had no issue sending my sole account to collections despite my having made regular payments. Good with eyes. Bad with billing.
