I've been seeing Dr. Lee for the last 4 years to monitor my keratoconus and a cross-linking procedure I had at another location. I never needed any further procedures done but Dr. Lee was always very professional, kind, and understanding of my concerns. I never had any issues with processing any of my claims with Tricare by the adm office, like some of the other reviews did. Regarding the wait times many other people complain about, you got to try and get an early morning appointment, and it usually fixes that issue. Some of the best doctors are actually the ones that get behind throughout the day, not because they are incompetent, but because they want to give each patient the right amount of attention to detail needed. This unfortunately causes them to get behind. I would never want my doctor rushing through my procedure or miss something important in a report or scan. So let them take all the time they need.

I saw Dr.Oliver. He is cute, knowledgeable and caring. He diagnosed me with corneal ablation and followed the procedure and process very well. wait time was short, staff was nice and they have a lot of parking space. I had a good experience!

My appointment was at 3pm came from out of town it’s almost 6pm and still have not seen the eye doctor. He was overbooked and this is extremely frustrating. Very disappointed about the wait times! Here for Dr. Lee

Mrs. Cynthia was very prompt and polite. Dr. Ghaiy and his staff are efficient, friendly, and excellent at what they do.

I've been going here for over a decade. My Dr's have been phenomenal. The billing department is another story. I was told that I hadnt made my last 2 co pays. I did, and had them print it off before i left. (I always pay my copay)... I was taken in a back office, and forced to make a payment outside of my copay before i was allowed to see my Dr. for an emergency visit. Isnt that against the law? The lady was rude and overbearing. A payment arrangement within a person's budget is often rejected. The exchanged dialog in addition to the letters are threatening, and off putting to people who are already stressed about their vision issues. They'd definitely get their money by meeting patients half way instead of bullying them into more dept. Do better billing dept. Times are difficult. Stop kicking people when they maybe down and losing their vision.

They never run on time. How is it possible that even with an early morning appointment they are still running late, which impacts me getting to my job on time. Front desk people are not very friendly or welcoming but the doctors are great.

Incompetent doctors that do not know how to replace contact lenses or know the proper procedure when using bandage contact lenses as doing so has cause an infection in my sisters eye. I would steer away from this place if you can! Will be filing a formal complaint.

I have been seeing Dr. Lacey Sharp for over 5 years now and she is knowledgeable, professional, caring helpful in every way possible and she has a fantastic support staff lead by the office manager Dr. Erin Rellinger. They are always available to help solve hearing aid problems. I highly recommend Eye Consultants of Atlanta. They are a pleasure to see !!!!!

Been seeing dr roach for past 4 years. Although he is great, office is poorly managed. Had an eye issue, called several times for an appointment - phone was never answered and when it did pick up went to voice mail and left a message. Had another office out a message in my chart for a call back so I could have my eye checked. Finally heard back 2 1/2 weeks later. I told them I went elsewhere and cancelled my annual eye appointment with them. The scheduler didn't seemed like she cared. I just think the office is too busy and has too many clients so going elsewhere.
