Handicap parking was filled up. Currently I am on a walker and had to park across the street in the regular parking.. It took a minute more get to my appointment. They my need to make only those with a tag or sticker park in Handicap. I saw a car with their hazard lights on parked in the Handicap area

I'm extremely disappointed with today's experience. Tap is my usual form of payment, yet the system was not working and no notice or alert was provided to customers beforehand. Instead of handling the issue with understanding, Susan suggested that I either wait for someone to bring me the $10 co-pay or leave to get it myself -- which is completely unreasonable, especially for a long-time customer. Additionally, when I was directed to the exam room, I was asked to sit in the exam chair; however, the previous customer's hair and neck oil were still visibly present on the chair. When I mentioned it, the staff member responded, "I'll clean it off." My immediate thought was -- but when? That kind of oversight raises serious concerns about hygiene and professionalism. The overall environment is unpleasant, and the level of customer service is unacceptable. Furthermore, Ayman's behavior was unprofessional; interrupting and finishing my sentences while I was explaining my concern shows a clear lack of leadership and respect. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and I will not be returning.
