Llame para agendar una cita con ellos ellos y la chica que me atendió no tiene ni el mínimo conocimiento de lo que es su trabajo!! Le dije que me interesaba hacerme una topografía, es un examen en los ojos ya que sufro de queratocono en la córnea, me dijo la muchacha atrevida que no me entendía, que que era esa enfermedad que ahí era una clínica para lentes de contacto no para enfermedades venerias, le expliqué lo que era mi enfermedad y me dijo que no hablaba MEXICANO!! que llamara cuando consiguiera a alguien que hablara perfectamente el inglés como en América, y cortó la llamada!!! Me sorprende la inteligencia insuficiente que tienen algunas personas y las ineptitudes de las compañías para contratar a personas así de ineptas y racistas! Solo espero y lean esto cuando les llegue su karma porque este negocio no va durar mucho

Hours said Tuesday thru Friday message says Wednesday through Friday it's Wednesday at 10:15 and you're still not open to I don't think I'll take a chance with you on my eyes

The eye doctor he do a great job but his front desk staff make you not want to be seen there .The ladies in front or very rude. I thought was the new ladies come in it’s would be better but she is just as rude as the other older lady. SMH

THE RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE!!! I called to confirm some things and make an appointment and before I could get my question out, she cut me off and said I just need your name and number and I’ll call you back I have 1000 people standing up here and I don’t have time. I proceeded to say that’s okay I’ll call back another day and she hung up in my face. 10/10 don’t recommend if the receptionist is rude before you even get to the doctor.

I do 4 instead of 5 stars because the two times I've been i had to wait a long while, but i think the 2nd time may have been out of their control...anyway, I go here because it's very economical, they ran a special recently and after I got an exam, dilation, contacts AND basic frames, my total was $137 after all the insurance was applied. I was thrilled, since I'm used to having to pay around $300 to $450 at other places for the same things. Lens selection is good. They also cleaned up and decorated the office a bit which made a better 2nd experience. I think the best area of improvement for them is better estimating the length of each appointment, so that the perceived wait time is less.

They barely answer the phone. Called to verify my son appointment time only to find out the lady never booked the appointment, had to wait over 3 weeks to just get appointment.
