If only there were a 0 star i could place for this company. I placed an online order a month ago for fast shipping; (2) days. Four days later i get a message saying one of the 3 products were on back order. Giving me an option to choose another option I did. I texted and texted and texted with NO REPLY. I finally said "I'm reporting this horrible business", then and only then, they replied with a laundry list of excuses and a refund. Who knows how this would have went if I never mentioned "I'm reporting this company". HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If you like purchasing products online with NO REPLY for WEEKs, then this company is for you.....BEWARE! Thank GOD for the BBB.

I’ve been coming to Jewel since 2018, and every visit has been an exceptional experience! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you’re met with warmth and genuine care. I have highly sensitive skin that’s prone to hyperpigmentation and acne, and over the years, I’ve dealt with many breakouts. But I’m so grateful to have someone in Atlanta who truly cares and knows how to help. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin! * photo below is from one of my worst breakouts ( 2019 ) and the results speak for themselves!

5 star place 5 star treatment 5 star services & the stars go on!!!flesh is simply an upscale holistic facial safe place! Jewel is skin therapist!! Big difference!! She’s will transform ur skin in 1 service with no tools just her gifted hands!! & very knowledgeable on ur skin and what not to put inside ur body bc that plays a big part too!! I’m blessed to have her as my skin therapist!!

I honestly hate to leave this comment here publicly because I actually love the products they sell and I believe they do an amazing job with healing my skin. However, when it comes to being able to reach them regarding online purchases it’s almost impossible. I’ve been trying to reach the flesh skin studio via phone, email, (even tried social media) in regards to my purchase that STILL has not been delivered. I purchased the product on April 3rd it is now the end of June. Hopefully this reaches them.

Status: Sat, Feb 4, 2023 Called and visited their business at 12:45 pm. Per their home page, they are open between 9 am - 4 pm on Saturdays. No one answered the door nor the customer support line. ____ Status: Tues, Jan 24, 2023 I sent an email per Flesh's policy to request a refund. No phone call, reply, or text message. __ Dec 2022 Here's the thing: I actually believe in this business' services and received a good experience. *BUT* this has also been my experience and is troubling: A. No replies to my emails requesting a reschedule/refund B. No one answers the phone C. Their office isn't open during their business hours Their customer support is non-existent. They'll answer the phone and give you a call when you want to book (via wait list sign up), but nothing else.
