Everyone is very professional. The staff and medical providers are amazing.
I am a traveler and coming here is better than my home unit. I appreciate the care and calm environment.
They don’t even know how to use the equipment they have. They couldn’t even use a Hoyer lift to move the patient from the wheelchair to the chair. Pathetic
this clinic is horrible... please don't come. there is no permanent staff, the last of our permanent staff including manager Margot, techs eBay and Fran ran off and quit without saying a word... techs quit at an alarming rate. that in itself is bad buisness and I don't know why their management allows this. one female Nigerian tech is mean and cruel. she will ignore you with her full attitude. if you upset her by say asking a question she may overload the weight you take off or walk away on break seeing you in pain.
I have had an interesting time here and have been treated courteously and expertly. My concern is that I have been to about 5 clinics and the amount of machinery not working correctly is high. I don't know who is supposed to maintain their chairs, but mine is always broken. And a minor problem was evident today. I have access to a TV, but no remote available to work it. Watching TV helps the time to pass, and often puts individuals to sleep. My nurse, who is a registered nurse, tried 5 different remotes, to no avail. Why would you allow an RN to be looking for a remote, sweeping or mopping, or moving chairs and equipment around? Their skills are better used attending to the nursing care of patients. And generally, a person has occupied the chair before me, and ostensibly had a remote that worked this tv. This is an everyday thing. This can be solved easily by leaving the remote to a TV alone, allowing it to remain at the station where it works the TV. This problem for me is indicative of a weak or nonexistent administration and don't tell me someone new is coming. This is tiresome.
I have been at the 14th clinic over a year now. When I first arrived I asked to get the earliest patient spot when available. I noticed a patient I never seen before was given the spot. I approached the administrator and she said nothing. I was very upset that it seems favoritism had a hand in this. The clinic has a couple good techs. There is one that has a nasty attitude and want speak to you when at your machine. They need real management.
Run don't walk. If you love yourself or your family member do not come here. This place is short staffed and unprofessional. They have very few employees that know what they're doing. They hire people straight from the street and their requirements to work here are at a minimum. You only need a G.E.D. They do not follow procedure. I've seen staff members taking their hair down on the floor you staff picking up materials off the floor and still use it. The staff is inattentive to the patients and more. The center director does not acknowledge any of the reported incidents. They really need video surveillance of the things that take place here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
