Surgery is successful but billing department needs to improved to for customer service. I.e. I called Billing/AR groups/department a few weeks, asking for detail itemized charges of two eye surgeries (over $11,000.00+) but still haven’t got answers email or text messages.

The staff was friendly and professional, and I did not have to wait long. The doctor was thorough, explained everything clearly, and quickly identified the underlying issue with my eye after urgent care and the ER missed the diagnosis.

Dr. Karen Sumers at Georgia Eye Partners is an excellent opthalmologist. Thorough, professional, clear communicator who has endless empathy for her patients. I've enjoyed building a relationship with her for more than 10+. Her Opthalmic Tech, Avery, was terrific. Excellent communications, warm, friendly, accurate and professional. I highly recommend these wonderful professionals at Georgia Eye.

I felt my appointment had been rushed by my new physician who replaced Dr. Gabianelli, not thoroughly examined and walked away without having been given a thorough explanation of my diagnosis. What little explanation I received was as I departed the facility by the PA.
