List of Georgia Surgical Center On Peachtree's Reviews
Went for a workman’s comp case. Felt like it was never really taken seriously. Got a second opinion about a surgery. Was told it was a pretty standard procedure. Explained the risks. Made the decision for surgery. They are supposed to be talented surgeons here. Went to surgery, and mid surgery the decision was made to just not fix the issue bc of some risk that the surgeon decided not to take. So now, my problem is the same before the surgery. My work is affected. It bothers me everyday. The surgeon made a choice that would affect another surgeon being able to fix it, meaning it’s now permanent. Told me an anecdote about how one day it just wouldn’t bother me anymore and I wouldn’t notice it one day. That’s demeaning and ridiculous to tell me that one day I won’t notice something I was willing to have surgery for, and come to physical therapy for. Extremely disappointed and feel like the surgeon really made decisions that were founded in just never taking it seriously or believing that it was a big issue for me. Should have changed my doctor while I had the chance. Now I never will have the chance to fix it. I will hold this place and the piedmont health group accountable for failing me in this. The only good things I have to say are for my physical therapist. The only experience where I feel like they listened and even cared. She has been great.
Dr.H. Starr is AMAZING…I have been seeing him since 2018. And he has been nothing but kind, thorough, pleasant, and patient. With all my pain and issues he has recommended and never lied about anything. He is very straightforward and I recommend to any and everyone. Along with the staff from the front desk to the assistants. As well as the billing department I love them all!!!
We have three family members who saw Dr Randall Alexander in this practice and all three of us have been very happy with our treatment. Excellent care. We would highly recommend Dr Alexander and this office. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff too!!
Love Dr Payne. He cares about the patients: wants to get to the bottom of the issue, but takes the conservative route to do so. Does not rush through the appointment. Was referred to him by a friend and I highly recommend him too.
They are the best. Professional, friendly and on time. My surgery went great and I thank Drs. Starr and Chang for that.
I saw Dr. Howell for my fractured wrist. He has been very good at caring for it through the whole process. I've had a number of issues with it and he has taken care of all of them carefully and competently with very helpful discussions and explanations. The whole staff is superb from his assistant, x-ray techs, front desk staff, etc.
Dr. Sirmon is professional, congenial, and takes the time to fully explain your conditions and treatment options. He took care of my hand problem with the most conservative approach first (a brace), which I do appreciate. If I have any future issues with my hand, Dr. Sirmon is who I will see first.
I've hand issues with my hand for the past year. I love Dr. Seiler he is very kind, he actually takes his time and really listens to you. he also is very straight forward. would recommend to anybody
Dr. Dalton is absolutely the best!
This was my first visit with a tendon issue in my wrist/thumb. All the staff were pleasant and efficient and Dr. Dalton zeroed right in on the issue and treated my injury with a steroid shot and a brace. Already feeling better after a couple of hours.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
