List of Gerald Allen Feuer's Reviews
From initial consultation to complete robotic hysterectomy I couldnt be anymore happier with my care and the outcome of my surgery. Great surgeon and practice I highly recommend him.
I have had Dr. Feuer for several years now and I would not think of having another doctor but him for all the issues I have had. He is a VERY GOOD doctor and I would recommend him BTY other doctors have said they have heard of him and that he is good
I definitely would not recommend this doctor. I was referred to him several years ago for removal of a complex postmenopausal cyst vaginal area. The doctor documented that I had undergone removal of both ovaries previously yet he then wrote in his Op Report that he had to do a lot of cutting to visualize first the left ovary then the right. Indeed he did do a lot of cutting. I experienced serious adhesions following this failed surgery...from all that unnecessary cutting he did to visualize ovaries that were not there But he failed to locate the 3x8cm mass in the vaginal area and did not remove it. Ultrasound AFTER his surgery showed the mass was still present in the exact same location and was the same size as viewed on ultrasound prior to surgery.
I had a hysterectomy done on Oct 19th. Woke up from the surgery and could not move my legs. I had to stay in the hospital 6 more days to see what happen during the surgery. I finally got release from the hospital still could not walk my brother had to carry me out. Keep in mind I was a happy walking silly woman before the surgery. So I ended up going to all these specialist to see what happen during the surgery. All I got was my nerve was injury and it cause alot of other things to happen to my body. This nightmare has ruined my life I thought that after this last surgery for cancer my life would be better. I have been out of work for almost 3yrs due to this surgery leaving me partially paralyze in my left leg. I cant lift it stand for a long period of time and it has affected other parts of my body. This has changed my life and I am very angry about this. I will never refer anyone to him.
Dr Feuer might be a great dr but his staff is a mess. For a week Ive called his assistant every day and left a message to call me.but only got a voice mail telling me theyll call me back. They never did. Then Im told I needed an ultra sound but nobody told me were to go or scheduled it. Then the day before my appointment Im told I should have had it done before. This happened not once but twice. Im done with this unprofessional behavior.
Dr. Feuer was supposed to remove a complex cyst from my left ovary in an outpatient procedure. When I woke from surgery he had removed the cyst my healthy ovary my healthy uterus and my healthy cervix. Five days of agonizing pain later it was discovered that he’d also severed the ureter to my right kidney. In spite of 20+ surgical procedures I ended up living with kidney failure for 2 years before it had to be removed. I’m now living with one kidney that was damaged by years of severe infections. Never ONCE has Dr. Feuer offered an explanation. He fabricated his operative report and every doctor at Kennestone Hospital covered for him. I have severe anxiety PTSD and chronic pain as a result of his butchery.
Dr. Feuer was my surgeon several years ago and I am still going back to him. I can literally say he put me back together. He did a great job and mine wasnt an easy task.
The worst experience ever . I went for a hysterectomy .and was in the Northside hospital for 20 days not knowing what was going on finally when I went home I started to have strange symptoms.. .. he had knicked my colon during the hysterectomy.. I had to have two consecutive surgeries to fix that .. two years of hell due to this stupid surgeon... he should have never attempted robotic surgery on me at ye first place.. please save your self a lot of pain and agony and AVOID him under any circumstance .. I still have symptoms from his mistake...
I needed a hysterectomy bad things were happening but I had not received a cancer diagnosis ....YET. Dr. Feuer did a robotic hysterectomy and found that I was just on the cusp of having uterine cancer. Whew Im so glad I had his expert eyes and hands doing my surgery in a way that kept the chances of spreading any cancer if there was any around in my abdomen. His expertise meant he would be more capable of spotting any other issues going on inside. I was scared to have robotic surgery but Ive learned that if you have the robotic surgery with a surgeon who is extremely experienced then it ends up being better for you than having an open or regular laparoscopic surgery Dr. Feuer is EXTREMELY experienced Thank you doctor for doing such a great job
I was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer Sept of 2016. Dr. Feurer did surgery in Jan. 2017. I really think him and his staff are wondeful. I have never had in other doctor or member of his team check on me in the hospital as often as they did. I am still under his care and will continue as long as needed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
