Very nice people, and their doctors do an amazing job. Dr. Mehta did surgery on my eye after a devastating injury, and every doctor that saw her work afterward was marveled.

Very rude to patients and were treated with disrespect I do not recommend especially if you are Hispanic Muy rudos a los pacientes nos trataron mal nos discriminaron especialmente la señora que estaba en la ventanilla de la sala de espera se enojo por no saber la dirección y casi no nos deja asistir a la cita no recomiendo el hospital tener esa clase de gente trabajando aquí si esto sigue así no vendremos mas

Waiting for one eye cataract surgery for 5 hours.its rediculous. I was so damn hungry and thirsty. But at least finally see clearly after all.

THIS PLACE IS BAD. THEY MAKE U WAIT 2 HOURS TO BE SEEN. THEY DON'T VALID PARKING THEY DON'T RESPECT TIME MANAGEMENT. THEY RATHER WASTE YOUR MONEY. I BEEN SEEN 4 TIMES AND NO ONE KNOWS WHAT'S WRONG WITH MY EYES.

Disappointed in the treatment. Told to incorporate meditation in my life and my eyes will be better. Sure. Okay. I have PTSD it won't lessen because I mediate 😱🤦🏻

WORST "SERVICE." What kind of hospital institutes, AS POLICY, such insane red tape before it will treat pain & suffering??? Deets: Wife had a mysterious eye infection that was very painful. Urgent care couldn't deal with it and said to see a specialist. Called Grady, waited on hold for half a millennium and then was informed that Grady would not allow us to make an appointment without a referral (we had one on paper), which had to be faxed to a special number (who still uses fax?). Then, after they receive the fax, we were told we should wait 8 to 10 days and then call to make an appointment. When I politely asked about a more immediate option—since the condition was worsening, there is a great deal of pain, etc. —received the rude retort: "Sorry, that is our procedure" (the tone was clearly, "if you don't like it, kiss my ass").
