I will never ever come back to this SLOW NASTY PLACE

Husband had staples removed here, after attempting to go to the ER as requested by surgeons office. please staples must be removed within a 7-14 day window. After waiting, the triage nurse advised us he was NOT going to be able to remove so many staples in his head. Fortunately he communicated with his Physician Assistant and he decided to remove ALL 56 staples

Mannn.....just prepare yourself for a 4 to 5 hour wait its horrible.....even when you arrive early smh

The people working in the lobby are very rude!!!!

Just wanted to write this review so anyone and everyone that is thinking of taking there dog to Grady  veterinary hospital. ( i never write reviews) I  took my dog there bc she had a surgery on her front and back leg to remove cancer operation went well. ( they didn't do surgery ) we got my old girl Home and she had a seizure.  So on a  Sunday I rushed my dog up there and was seen by a dr Lauren Jurgens  visit went well she prescribed my girl an anti seizure  medication  while  i was in the consultation  I asked if I had any problems with her pain if I could just have her prescribe something so shes comfortable and not suffer   Long story short  I talked to a molly smith from the hospital that nicely told me not to cuss bc I said other dumb ass vet did surgery and didn't give her enough pain meds now my dog is suffering and won't eat.   Lady said rudely and I mean rudely like  a real b.... ( kind of crazy you call and take your hard earned money to supposedly reputable places. And they treat you like your not important anymore bc they already charged me 300 plus dollars       So I asked ms smith.   If that really even her name  can u just call dr Lauren  and have her prescribe my poor old dog pain meds so she can pass in peace with some dignity.(like we disguised )    And ms smith told me rudely  no she can't and if I needed anything u have to bring her in  today I asked her if she could please help me out have a sick wife at home and a baby I would have to drag out in cold it's Sunday. 5:30. And there about 40 minutes away driving fast  I know bc I was just there last Sunday     Welk guess it's all about there 106.00. Office apt   They needed so bad.  Treated me like I was wanting the pills Myself (sad that people treat people like that when they really need there help )    I heard so many good things about this place.     And have found out the hard way.    love my dogs like I love all my family.    dr  Lauren was pretty nice vet for the 5 minutes I seen her    Oh I forgot. The nice lady (ms molly smith said I could come up and wait for my dog to be seen to get meds and the wait time was 4-6 hours.     I thought she was joking and rudley said dont cuss . you go to these places for help and have to deal with some poor lady obviously having a bad life Bc I was upset they could not just prescribe my dog which they already have seen and I talked to dr Lauren and she said ok.     I know she's old that why I even talked to dr Lauren Jurgens about it before I left and thought we where on the same page. (not to let my  dog suffer )   So with all that has been done I would never take any type of animal to there hospital again unless u want to be treated Like trash when your already going through a hard time.    I guess there the in such. Bad shape they need the 106 that bad they are willing to put u and your family through whatever and rudely said I tried to help you . in the last month I've spent 1200.00 on my dog.   So it's not about the money at all. really think they will lose more clientele as long as molly smith works there   I asked if she could just call dr Lauren and she said no you have to come in 4-6 hour wait time (. I don't know if it's me but something doesn't sound right about this situation.     Hope no  one else has to go through what they put my family through   God bless

Great clinic. In & Out

I just left out of this facility to the front desk receptionist telling me with her nose tooted up seems like in discuss after I told her why I was there and she tells me that they are not taking any more patients at 5:05pm and they close at 6p... I travelled from Lithonia about 20 miles to receive this discouraging news and of course no treatment...

I was able to get in and get out. Although my pain was not acknowledged or really dealt with. But I was able to get a follow up appointment really quick.

I'm familiar with this walk in clinic, because I also get my MRI's done here. I came to the walk in part of the clinic because I'm not feeling well. The staff is friendly and courteous. I must warn you, if you're coming to the walk in clinic come early, because if you don't you will be sitting here for a while. Also bring a jacket if you're one of those people who get cold easily, it's always freezing in here. All in all it is a walk in clinic. It serves it's purpose.

Always come here when I’m not feeling well. Great stay and they have you feeling better in know time!!
