Wow!! I don't even know where to begin!! I was VERY nervous - this being my very first facial and with laser to boot!! Stepping through the door of Harlem Zen was transformative. Angela has created a calm, peaceful and welcoming environment. She is prompt, knowledgeable and very kind. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease! She has a gentle touch and I just really felt pampered and taken care of! I left glowing inside and out! Just do it!! Don't cheat yourself. TREAT YOURSELF!! Harlem Zen is IT!! Just left Harlem Zen w/ Cher S and let me tell you the customer service is TOP TIER! Also, I’ve been coming here consistently for months and have seen the results. I’m literally in love with how far my skin has come. So, if you’re hesitant about laser hair removal, DON’T BE!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I was a little nervous coming into the experience. But, both Keya (sp) and Bri were personable and hospitable. Bri eased my nerves, and before I knew it, we were done! I highly recommend anyone wanting to rid themselves of unwanted hair, have a consultation with Harlem Zen!
