I highly recommend this practice! I recently had my first eye exam here—my first in over 20 years—and the experience was seamless, efficient, and genuinely caring. The doctor and her entire team treated me like family. Everyone I interacted with was kind, respectful, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. They took their time, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Scheduling was also a breeze, with great availability and flexibility. Special thanks to Robin, Karen, Chris, and the doctor for such an outstanding experience. This will definitely be my go-to eye care provider moving forward.

I have been seeing Dr. Bennett for at least 17 years and I’m always happy to visit her for my yearly eye exam. She is thorough and an outstanding professional and I always leave her office knowing I have received the best vision care. Her office is modern, clean and her staff always make me feel at ease. They are ready to assist with any eyeglasses I wish to purchase after my exam. They offer a beautiful and large variety. I very much recommend Dr. Bennett for all your vision healthcare needs. I have been a patient here for over 5 years and I find the customer service from all the staff, Breanna, Karen, Robin and Pablo is exceptional. Dr. Bennett is thorough and knows her stuff and is outstanding in safety protocols. The entire office well receives patients and cannot be more patient and helpful in dealing with customers. Loved the optometrist but the front of the house staff is pretentious. They are elitist and once they find out you’re not spending the dollar they’d like you to spend on their products (showing $250-$600 glasses) they somewhat brush you off. They do not take frames from other vendors and replace frames. And they are not kind to those who don’t understand the process of replacing frames — saying our $150 pair we brought in was cheap and had barely any good quality. I so wanted to support this cute local spot, but unless the front of house staff shifts their approach with a “commoner” I will have to take my business and eyeballs somewhere else.

THEY DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE FOR CONTACTS AND GLASSES EXAMS. You will have to file an OUT OF NETWORK claim with your insurance company. Posting because their website isn’t very clear and to save you a surprise :)

This was great! From the entire staff to the professional atmosphere everything and everyone was perfect. Thank you for the awesome experience and I will definitely patronize the business again soon!

My new glasses needed adjustment. The glasses weren't level and kept sliding down my nose. I went back to the store for an adjustment four times and the glasses still didn't fit. I stopped by the optometrist in little five points and had them adjusted. Now they fit!

Dr Kristie Bennett is super professional and patient! Also the shop is cute and a variety of choices for glasses frame. Highly recommended!

Wonderful service and beautifully curated frames. It’s like an art gallery. I will be back often!
