I was most happy to be there to get some relief. All was handled with care and concern. Everyone was personable and knowledgeable.

They are a great team dealing with a huge problem! Thanks for your help in keeping me well! Easy to get too and my co-pay is cheap because they give Excellent care at an affordable price! Give them a few tries. I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Nick, Dr. Amy and the staff are so awesome!  Very caring and diligent in everything they do ranging from a routine checkup, urgent care visit or full blown physical.  I highly recommend Highland Urgent Care for your medical needs.

My family has been going to Highland Urgent Care & Family Medicine for years. They’ve been both our urgent care and family doctor. They are truly amazing pillars of our community and the staff , doctors and nurses are all wonderful people that go the extra mile for their patients. Dr. Amy has been amazing to my family and I couldn’t recommend HUCFM enough.

What has prompted me to write is that today I received an email from Dr. Nick asking for Med Techs, Nurses and EMTs to VOLUNTEER to help distribute the vaccine. It is clear from the request that Dr. Nick has taken delivery of the Moderna vaccine knowing full well that he does not have the means to distribute that vaccine. In this time of crisis this strikes me as a very irresponsible thing to do. Dr. Nick - please consider passing those vaccines along to an alternative medical facility in Atlanta that does have the capacity to get those life saving vaccines administered.

Waited 3 hours on their parking lot with no information whatsoever on what was going on. After I got tested they failed to pay my test results which made the whole thing totally useless.

In this time of chaos and fear, it was extremely pleasant to find the warmth and patience of this staff. The young woman at the front desk was so helpful and the Covid testing was efficient and thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Beaulieu and his staff!

Dedicated committed staff and doctor(s). I have had my physical there for years, and they offer excellent care and recommendations for issues that arise,. Their covid testing is fast and efficient. This is a bright spot in the medical and patient service landscape.

Came here on Friday, 27 NOV because Google and their website said they were open for rapid COVID testing. There was a line of people waiting outside but they never opened. There was no sign outside saying they'd be closed for the holiday weekend, only a sign saying they were open Monday-Friday. There was also no message stating they'd be closed on their answering machine. There was a separate sign stating that they're now open on Saturday for rapid COVID testing. I just came back today, Saturday 28 NOV. There was a line of people waiting again. They're still closed. No sign, no explanation.I completely understand giving their people the holiday weekend off. But the absolute bare minimum they can do is put up a sign or a notification online instead of wasting everyone's time, especially people who paid up front like their website encouraged. This was unprofessional.

These people are professionals and down to earth.
