I recommend trying Cryotherapy - even if you don’t fall in love, it’s something to do at least one time. It’s truly a great experience. The cold volt and the compression are a great combo. Furthermore, an extra special THANK YOU is due to Jordan! Her attitude was well received and her professionalism was refreshing. Being greeted by her and Paul upon arrival set the tone for a good day. Happy Wellness Everyone!

If you want a fast recovery from any injury or soreness, this is the place to do it . Instant relief and way better than taking an ice bath . Customer was great especially Kat! Kat was amazing and very knowledgeable. I recommend this place to anyone to try out . Definitely a unique experience and will be coming back.

I absolutely loved the entire experience! Paul was amazing in reference to my walk through of the facility and the breakdown of how my session would go! Jordan was so informative and made me feel comfortable to ask questions as she explained the other services! She is very knowledgeable of the company and the benefits of the services!!! Icebox Cryotherapy is a Hidden gym on the BeltLine! I’ve been walking along the beltline for ages, and I’ve seen this place a million times, but it wasn’t until I saw an ad that I finally decided to give it a shot. I went for a cryotherapy session with compression, and I felt like I’d hit the jackpot afterward—and that’s even before the amazing staff made me feel so welcome before and during the whole thing. This is perfect for anyone who needs a quick reset or anyone who’s active and wants to restore their body the same way as Atlanta professional athletes do.
