I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Perszyk since he came with AOA and the quality of his care, skill and expertise. His patient interaction has been excellent which is so important when dealing with a patient's eyesight. I am very pleased that he has joined the AOA organization.

He treated my husband, Philip, when he was with Frantz Eyecare in Ft. Myers, FL. EXCELLENT doctor, he did canaloplasty and goniotomy and cataracts. My husband's vision was at -12.00, extreme myopia and now he doesn't need glasses. He has GOOD depth of field, can see fine distance and intermediate with regular plain IOLs, nothing fancy. He just needs close up reading OTC glasses. It is tragic for US that Dr. Perszyk moved to Georgia.

My impression of the in depth eye exam was very favorable. Michelle and the doctor were very thorough and pleasant. Kara the young lady who helped us with glasses was very professional and helpful.

He operated on my eyes, two surgeries each eye: cataract and glaucoma. Excellent doctor. I got the standard distance IOL, nothing fancy, but it is excellent for distance AND intermediate. I ended up with excellent depth of field, the IOL is perfect.

Dr. Perszyk has dealt with my very difficult eye health issues effectively. He is a skillful surgeon, and a courteous, concerned doctor.
