Every visit at Dr. Knoer's office is always a pleasant experience. From being welcomed at the reception area to being taken to the room by the nurse. Unlike most physicians, Dr. Knoer gets to know and learn his patients. Our first meeting was a meet a greet to get to know one another. My husband was a bit skeptical about who I chose for my OB/GYN, but after the first meeting my husband felt relaxed and comfortable. My husband appreciated Dr. Knoer's professionalism and honesty about who he is as an OB/GYN. Ladies, Dr. Knoer will always treat you with respect and provide with his best ALWAYS!!! Dr. Knoer returns each phone call and responds to each email. All of my surgeries performed by Dr. Knoer, would start with a greeting from him while I was getting prepped me in the pre-op waiting area. In the surgery room Dr. Knoer would play a specific album because he knows how much I love being an island girl. After surgery, Dr. Knoer always located my husband to provide an update. My Husband appreciates the time Dr. Knoer bumped into him at the Café in hospital and sat at the table with my husband to have a conversation about how my surgical procedure went. Even when I needed an emergency visit and had to schedule with another OB/GYN, Dr. Knoer came to check on me to make sure everything was okay. I am honored that Dr. Knoer's name is on my daughter's birth certificate because of the outstanding OB/GYN he is which is EXTRAORDINARY!!

Dr. Knoer is the best OBGYN in Atlanta. He is caring thorough and has a great sense of humor. He listens and follows up. I can say if you’re uncomfortable about male OBGYNs , Dr. Knoer will change your mind. He is understanding and gentle. Genuinely a nice guy and great doctor. I highly recommend him!

Dr. James Knoer has been my gynecologist since I moved to Georgia in 2008. I have received comprehensive and compassionate care from him and his staff all these years. Even when I was uninsured my confidence in his care is so immense that I paid out of pocket for treatment of a medical situation I was having. He made sure that I had EXCELLENT care at an affordable out-of-pocket rate. He has been very consistent, and proves that he cares about his patients! He is always professional while maintaining personal rapport with me For these reasons I will always be loyal to this practice. African-American women, no need to beware. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been with Dr. Knoer for roughly 10 years, including 1 pregnancy. He listens and he also gives the best medical advice to avoid unnecessary surgeries that could negatively impact your future. I highly recommend.

I am 8 mo Postpartum! We have a beautiful and HEALTHY baby girl. Being pregnant during the pandemic was a rollercoaster on its own, Doctor visits, masks , sanitation, dad not being able to join the ultrasound visits :( it was intense! Dr Knoer and his team were exceptional!! when it came to my care. One thing about him is he is very calm and gives you all the information to make an informed decisions. Pregnancy for me was filled with anxiety not only due to current events but because of having had a miscarriage 2 years ago. Not only that, I had just turned 40 (and ladies you know what that means ...it's the dreaded words you don't want to be reminded of....... "HIGH RISK!"). As a woman going through this wonderful journey of motherhood, and as a woman of color we hear stories of dismissal - you need a team and care that is personal. From the front desk access specialists, to the office nurses, ultrasound tech, and all the hospital nurses that cared for me during delivery, thank you!! and Doctor Knoer, I will be forever grateful for your guidance along the way until the last second when my little baby came out ...*tears** thank you Team ....all my love!!

Dr. Knoer has been my OB/GYN for 13 years. He is a great doctor, very kind, caring and has a wonderful personality. He's listens to all my needs and concerns. He's been there with me with all my issues of wanting and trying to have children (I finally have 2), dealing with endometriosis and fibroids. Dr. Knoer has performed 3 of my surgeries and my recovery time for each of them has been very quickly. He kept my husband and parents informed about the surgery and they all agree that he is a good and friendly doctor. I recently had a hysterectomy. Dr. Knoer discussed all my options and I decided the hysterectomy was best for me and my situation. Although, I was afraid at first, Dr. Knoer made me feel very comfortable. My recovery time was very quick, and I am so happy that I had the surgery and so happy that Dr. Knoer is the one who performed the surgery. Although, I moved further from his office, I kept Dr. Knoer as my doctor because he is an amazing doctor and his staff is very friendly. Thanks, Shinia Walker

Dr Knoer has been my doctor for many years. He has the best beside manner. I can recall after having surgery, he personally called to check on me. Not the assist but he called himself. Completely blown away for his concern and empathy. At that moment I knew he would permanently be my gynecologist. I have referred family and friends because of his ethical behavior.

I have been a patient of Dr. Knoer for the last 13 years. I've had several issues/conditions that were overlooked by other providers but he was so detailed and thorough...he picked up on my abnormalities almost instantly. He is super personable and genuine...and I love the time he takes to understand and provide guidance on issues specific to African American women. I HIGHLY recommend!!
