I was referred to Dr. Hayes from Dr. Burke, of Dawson vision. Dr. Hayes and his staff took very good care of me and explained everything that would happen and what to expect. I had the Prelex procedure performed, to replace my natural lens with an auto-focus corrective lens. Everything went smoothly. I was contacted later to check on my condition and had timely follow up visits to check on my progress. I highly recommend Dr. Hayes and Woolfson Eye Institute!

I note a great staff but also Dr. Hays attention from the first appointment to final surgery - both professional and personal. I strongly recommend Woolfson Eye Institute and Dr. Hays.

Had cataract surgery on my first eye yesterday and it was a success, looking forward to getting the other one done in a couple of weeks. Dr. Hays is a great Doctor and answers all your questions making you feel comfortable throughout the process. All the staff were nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

Overall the services provided are great. I was not happy that the individual (Akiel) who did the eye measures/pictures kept lowering his mask. If I have to wear a mask, I felt that he should also. We were in very close quarters. When he would turn off the lights, he would lower his mask below his mouth. This wasn't just below his nose.

I do not think I was given anesthesia. I never felt any change from when it was supposedly given and I vividly recall the details of surgery. It was uncomfortable at a minimum.

Everyone was very kind and told me what they were going to do before they did it. They put me to get is during the whole procedure.

Everyone was professional and kind. It is important that I be kept warm (Raynaud's Syndrome) and they made sure that happened. Dr. Hays, thank you for your knowledge, skills and calming nature. You are the best and only eye surgeon I have had. See you in a few weeks for second surgery.
