Jennifer Francois's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr Francois' since I moved to GA about 3 years ago, and have had a great experience every time. Even with the changes during COVID I was able to make appointments, and was always helped. She is very helpful and attentive, as well as the nursing and administrative staff!

Totally frustrating. I was left in an examining room for more than an hour with no acknowledgement and then told they forgot about me and two more people were ahead of me. I left. After a subsequent visit and examination by a nurse practioner, a follow-up appointment was made. That appointment was canceled by the office. No reason given. No follow up appointment suggested. The specialists I was referred to were impossible to schedule with. I therefore found my own and asked, by voice message, that a referral be sent to them. Two weeks later, I get a referral letter from Dr. Francois for the doctor I was initially referred to. I again call the office and ask for a return call and a new referral. Neither was done. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable!! Two years ago my experience was totally different, but there is no excuse for what happened this time.

I've been a patient here for a couple of years now and have always had a great experience with every member of the staff, including Dr. Francois. The doctor is patient, asks questions, and listens to my answers. She's knowledgeable and either provides the answers I need or refers me accordingly. I feel confident sending family and friends to this office.

dr.jennifer francois and her staff was very mean to me and rude towards me the dr was also very rude her staff never call me about my 2 month old labs i took to tell me that i had a health problem they don't care about me as a human being are a pt the whole staff is aweful i will never return back

So far, the wait time has been 1 hour. There is someone that has been waiting for an hour and the guy before her just went to the back to be seen. This isn't looking to good. My husband said he waited for an hour, last week. They state that there was an emergency but it appears that the doctor is over booking appointments.m. I'm just ready to leave out of here but I need my physical :-( I don't know if I would recommend this location because you don't know how long you will wait to be seen. It may throw off your entire day. I can't rate the actual doctor visit because I'm still waiting in the lobby. They just took the person in front of me, after she was waiting for 2 hours. They also play gospel music, louder than expected. It seems a bit unprofessional in an office setting, where you don't know who likes what. Nothing against the genre of music but in a professional setting, it shouldn't be on full blast. I'm just saying. (I'm sure that there will be someone that will be offended that I said that)

She was very professional when I had my first visit. When I had a question, she answered it. She did not rush out of the room, but she actually sat down and gave me a thorough explanation. I appreciate her taking her time. It made me feel that she actually cares about her patients and that her love of healing is there.
