Run pts through life cattle. They've never set up anything the doctor wants done, I have had to make various appts for myself yet they say that they do it even though they tell me to do it. I feel like it's about how many pts he can see vs listening to the patient. Nothing has been shared with my referring Family practice doctor. Not impressed yet. Hoping.
